1 cn creamed corn, # 303
1 cn whole kernel corn, # 303
1 lg onion, chopped
1 md bell pepper, chopped
2 oz pimiento, chopped
2/3 c milk
1 egg (or egg substitute),
well beaten 1 c cracker crumbs
1 c cheese, grated
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
2 tb sugar
Salt and pepper to taste Red pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350

3 1/2 to 4 cups fresh corn
4 eggs
1/4 cup real butter
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup cream or milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt

This Southern Corn Pudding Casserole is a creamy mixture of whole kernel corn and creamed corn tossed in a sweet, creamy mixture made of eggs, melted butter, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, spices, and cornbread mixture. It is then baked until it is golden brown. Once done it has a “pudding” texture. This creamy Southern Corn Pudding Casserole is a perfect holiday dish. With whole kernel corn and creamed corn, it's a creamy, delicious casserole that will be the star of your holiday table.
