How To make White Chocolate Coconut Truffles
-Dottie Cross TMPJ72B 4 tb (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
8 oz White chocolate; finely chop
1 c Shredded sweetened coconut;
-divided 1 Large egg yolk; at room
-temperature 2 tb Coconut liqueur or light rum
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Melt the butter in a heatproof bowl over very hot, not simmering, water. Add the white chocolate and melt, stirring occasionally, just until smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in 1/4 cup of the coconut, the egg yolk, coconut liqueur, and vanilla. The mixture may separate, but keep whisking and it will come together. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight. Using a melon baller, scoop up the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut, pressing the

7 tbsp (100 ml) of fresh cream
2 oz (50 gr) of vanilla wafers
5 oz (150 gr) of coconut flour
3/4 cup (200 ml) of cream
1 cup (200 gr) of Mascarpone
5 tablespoons of icing sugar
1.5 oz (40 gr) of flaked almonds

Mango Coconut Truffles | Mango Coconut Laddu | White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles Recipe
Mango Coconut truffles are a beautiful makeover of simple mango coconut laddu. These truffles are made with the goodness of saffron with filling of dry nuts and coated in delightful white chocolate.
Mango Coconut Truffles | Mango Coconut Laddu | Mango Truffles |White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles Recipe
Ingredients :
Desiccated Coconut - 1 and 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
Mango Puree - 1 cup
White Chocolate - 100 gm
Dry Fruits Chopped ( Mix ) - 1/4 cup
Rose Dry Petals - 2 tsp
Chopped Pistachios - 1 tsp ( Garnishing )
Ghee/ Clarified Butter - 2 tsp
Saffron Thread - 10 to 15
Powdered Sugar / Shredded White Chocolate - 1 tsp
Method :
1. Dry roast desiccated coconut on low to medium flame with continuous stirring. Once done transfer into a mixing bowl.
2. In the same pan add ghee / clarified butter and add 1 to 2 cup mango puree, saffron soaked in milk, and cardamom powder. Cook it on low to medium flame with stirring till it attains thick consistency.
3. Once done add this cooked puree and condensed milk to desiccated coconut. Mix it well.
4. For truffle filling : In a bowl add cashew, almonds, pistachios, dry rose petals and powdered sugar or shredded chocolate, mix it well.
5. Take a lemon size mango coconut mix and give it a rough shape of ball, flatten the ball and place half teaspoon of filling in the center and carefully seal it and prepare a smooth ball.
6. For Laddu : Roll this stuffed ball into desiccated coconut and mango coconut laddu is ready.
7. For Truffles : Dip these balls into melted white chocolate and coat it well. Carefully place dipped chocolate truffles onto a butter paper.
Before chocolate sets, garnish these truffles with some pistachios and dry rose petals. Mango Coconut Truffles are ready .
8. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or keep in the fridge for half an hour.

Ingredients
• 300g white chocolate
• 60ml Cream
• 5ml vanilla extract
• 20g Butter
• 75g shredded coconut ( for topping )
Instructions
Step 1 Preparation
1. Chop the white chocolate into pieces
2. Place the chocolate in a bowl for a Bain Marie
3. Weight the rest of your ingredients ( Cream, Vanilla Extract, Butter )
Step 2 Making The Ganache
1. Over a Bain Marie, start to melt your chopped white chocolate
2. Add the cream and the vanilla extract
3. When it is melted take off the heat
4. Mix until homogeneous
5. Add the butter pieces
6. Mix again
7. Refrigerate until cold ( 2-3h)
Step 3 Finishing The Balls
1. Use a spoon to scoop about 20g of the ganache
2. Form them into balls
3. Coat them in shredded unsweetened coconut
4. Refrigerate

How to make White Chocolate Lemon Coconut Truffles
White Chocolate Lemon Coconut Truffles are sweet and Lemony truffles with the perfect crunch of coconuts

Freezing time: 2 hours
Total Time: 135m
Servings: 1 dozen
Ingredients:
- 9 oz White Chocolate 250gm
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter
- ⅔ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 drop Yellow Gel Food Color optional
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
Procedure :
1) Melt the White Chocolate along with Heavy Cream and Butter over a double boiler. Stir until it gets smooth, silky, and lump-free.
2) Add the Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest. Add the Yellow Gel food color and mix well until combined. Add the Desiccated Coconut and combine it well.
3) Take this all up in a different bowl and cool it down. Once it's cooled to room temperature, freeze it for 1-2 hours.
4) Once it sets, take a spoon of it or use a melon scooper and shape it into balls. If it's not perfect circles now, relax, because once it gets frozen for some more time, you can give it the proper shape. Freeze these truffles for 30-45 minutes and re-shape them.
5) After about 1 hour in the freezer, coat them with granulated sugar, and serve immediately.
