4 oz Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet
-Chocolate 1/4 c Butter
1 tb Amaretto liqueur
1/2 c Finely chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS: Melt broken chocolate; remove from heat. Stir in Amaretto. Add butter, a tablespoon at a time, beating with a wire whip until smooth and creamy. Chill 5 to 10 minutes to firm mixture. 2 Tablespoons Cacao Bliss
1 cup coconut whipping cream. it can be purchased here:
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 Tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
6 Tablespoons vegan butter, (I recommend Earth Balance)
For The Chocolate Coating:
2 cups vegan chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup chopped almonds, optional

Ingredients:
7 oz (200 grams) dried unsweetened coconut (finely shredded)
1 can (14 oz / 396 grams) of sweetened condensed milk
6 oz (180 grams) dark chocolate
For rolling: dried unsweetened coconut, chocolate vermicelli, chopped nuts, etc.
Easy Chocolate Truffles With Liqueur
Rich and creamy chocolate truffles with liqueur will melt in your mouth!
Yield 12 chocolate truffles
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 15 minutes
Chilling time 2 hours, 20 minutes
Truffles ingredients:
chocolate chips 225g;
heavy cream 110g;
almond extract 1/2 tsp;
amaretto liqueur 1½ tbsp;
butter 3 tbsp;
cacao powder 2 tbsp;
Preparation:
1. Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
2. Over medium heat, add cream to sauce pan and stir frequently until boiled.
3. Pour cream over chocolate and stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Add butter, amaretto liqueur and almond extract and stir until blended and creamy.
5. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
6. Roll truffle mixture into small balls. Refrigerate truffles for 20 minutes.
7. Roll truffles in cacao powder. Chill until ready to serve.

This week I show you how to make amaretto chocolate truffles for grown-up kiddies! Enjoy! ????
250g / 1 cup Chocolate
100g / ⅓ cup Butter
3oz Amaretto
2 Egg yolks
80g / ⅓ cup Icing Sugar
Cocoa powder / anything else for coating
Melt the chocolate slowly with Amaretto
Add the butter in small cubes
When it’s well incorporated, take off the stove
Add the rest, mix well until thick (add icing sugar if necessary)
Leave in the fridge for at least an hour
Make small balls, coat them with chocolate powder (or any other powder such as hazelnut, coconut, matcha, etc.)
Reserve in the fridge
