4 c Powdered sugar
-(yes, four cups!) 8 oz Cream cheese (one
-large package or -3 small packages -less a nibble) 1 t Vanilla extract
5 oz Unsweetened chocolate
Assorted toppings -(cocoa, powdered sugar, -crushed nuts, jimmies, -etc.) Mix the powdered sugar into the softened cream cheese a little (2/3 cup) at a time, making sure it is well blended after every addition. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well. Chill for a couple hours. Roll mix into one inch balls, then roll them in a topping. Chill. NOTES: * Easy-to-make candies with chocolate and cream cheese

40g Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
1. add condensed milk to bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
2. add cocoa powder to bowl and mix together
3. add mixture to new square bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. dust table and take out the chocolate from fridge
5. dust chocolate and use a knife to shape and cut pieces
6. add more cocoa powder as you cut
7. shape and round the edges and you’re done!

Ingredients:
8oz (225g) Dark chocolate (70%)
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Chop the chocolate and place in a large heat proof bowl. Set aside.
2. Place heavy cream in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer over low-medium heat.
3. Pour the cream over the chocolate, let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
4. Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, scoop a small portion of the chocolate mixture and form small balls by rolling between your hands. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet or a big plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll again between your hands to create smooth balls.
5. Roll the balls in the cocoa powder.

With only three ingredients; double cream, muscovado sugar (dark brown sugar) and chocolate. A hint of flakey salt and rolled in cocoa powder, toasted coconut or chopped pistachios. I always wonder how to make a simple no-bake chocolate truffle recipe, this one is so easy. There are a few steps to plan out before starting out to make the chocolate truffles, but it only takes about 40 minutes of actual making time and the rest is chilling out in the fridge. Make them to enjoy for dessert, or wrap them up for an edible gift. This recipe was inspired by Poires Au Chocolat.
