How To make White Chocolate Truffles
12 oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1/3 c Whipping cream
2 tb Orange liquer
1 ts Grated orange zest
1 1/4 c Confectioner's sugar
1. Melt white chocolate with whipping cream in heavy, medium saucepan
over low heat, stirring constantly. Whisk in liquer and zest until blended. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate until mixture is fudgy, but soft, about 2 hours., 2. Shape about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. To shape, roll mixture in your palms.,Place balls
on waxed paper. 3.Sift sugar into shallow bowl. 4.Roll balls in sugar, place in petit four or candy cases. 5. Truffles can be refrigerated 2-3 days or frozen several weeks. Makes about 35 truffles. From Best recipes: Simple, Easy Candy recipes.

Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup butter
1 lemon zest
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoons lemon extract
¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring optional
¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Add the white chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add lemon zest. Stir in the heavy cream and let it come up to temperature until just before it is boiling.
Pour the cream mixture through a fine-mesh sieve over the white chocolate chips. Add the lemon and vanilla extract. Add the food coloring, then stir until the mixture is smooth.
Cover and refrigerate the chocolate chip mixture until it is firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
Scoop 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of the chocolate chip mixture and form into balls, then roll the balls in the powdered sugar.
Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour before enjoying them.

Our White Chocolate Lemon Truffles are an irresistible, smooth, and creamy bite-size dessert made with zesty lemon and rich white chocolate. The simple no-bake truffles are so easy to prepare with just 7 ingredients and a 10-minute prep!
Ingredients :
100 g white chocolate
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 lemon zest

????The ingredients:
Makes 30 Truffles; 3 cm / each (6 Designs today. Do less or more as you like!)
Prepare a 15cm✖️15cm square ring/mold (Or use something close to the size.)
Ganache:
• Dark chocolate 200 g | 7 oz
• Heavy cream 120 g | 4.2 oz
• Honey 20 g | 0.7 oz
• Butter (soft) 30 g | 1 oz
* I recommend chocolate with 50-65% cacao content. I used 64% but if you want a softer ganache, use the one with less cacao percentage.
• Dark chocolate to coat the bottom go the ganache: About 30 g | 1 oz or more
* Tempering it is the best but you can omit it to make it more simple.
Chocolate coating
• White chocolate (I used 320 g | 11.3 oz.)
• Dark chocolate (I used 1 kg | 35oz. Use as much as you feel comfortable with)
* I used 64% couverture chocolate. No need to pick the exact same percentage.
Decorations: (Use any ingredients of your choice!)
• Toasted mixed nuts
• Pistachios
• Cacao nibs
• Gold leaf
• Pieces of white and dark chocolates

White chocolate truffles: greedy to serve on special occasions!
INGREDIENTS
10g of butter
100g (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
250g of white chocolate
Hazelnuts
Coconut flour
METHOD
In a saucepan add the butter and whipping cream and mix. Add the white chocolate and mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined.
Remove the white chocolate mixture from the heat and transfer it to the plate. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
After the time has elapsed, start preparing the truffles by taking a portion of the mixture with the spoon inserting the hazelnut, and making the balls with your hands.
Dip the truffles in the coconut flour and serve.
