Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3 sticks of unsalted butter at room temp
8 oz package of cream cheese at room temp
3 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs at room temp
1 tbs pure vanilla extract
1 tbs coconut extract
3 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapples

Pineapple Filling Recipe
1/2 cup puréed canned pineapples in heavy syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbs corn starch

Mango Filling Recipe
1/2 cup puréed canned mango in heavy syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbs corn starch

Coconut flakes

Glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract
Enough milk to reach desired consistency

Hawaiian Tropical Pound Cake recipe

3 sticks softened butter
2 3/4 c sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp pineapple flavor
2 tsp banana extract
2 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp rum extract
3 c cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c coconut milk
1 c crushed pineapple undrained
1 crushed bananas
1/2 c well chopped unsweetened coconut flakes

Icing

3 c powder sugar
3 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp softened butter
2 tsp coconut milk or regular whole milk
1/2 tsp banana flavor
1/2 tsp coconut flavor
1/8 salt

Pineapple COCONUT POUND CAKE is a delicious pound cake that was always ready to be served at my husband's grandmother home upon our arrival. It was always a special dessert served with ice cream in the south. Very rich and fabulous cake.
Go ahead and give it a try!

Preheat OVEN TEMPERATURE: 325' or 350' (depending on your oven) - Bake 1-1/2 hour. Stick a knife in the cake - if it comes out smooth - it's done.

NOTE 1: A hand mixer can also be used. If you use a hand mixer just extend your blending time until batter is smooth and not gritty.

NOTE 2 : Make necessary adjustments to the listed recipe to accommodate your personal health/diet plan.

Ingredients for making a moist coconut pound cake:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup shredded coconut
2 1/2 tbsp milk

Instructions for making a moist coconut butter cake:
- First in a large bowl add your unsalted butter
- Followed by adding in your sugar
- Now you can add in your eggs to the bowl
- And add in your vanilla extract
- Mix everything together with a whisk
- Sift your cake flour and baking powder into the bowl
- And fold everything together with a spatula
- Now add in your shredded coconut
- Followed by adding in your milk
- Combine everything together well
- Then pour your mixture into a loaf baking pan
- Add some more shredded coconut on top
- Bake at 340F for 40-45 minutes (check after 30-35)
- Your coconut butter pound cake is now ready to eat
