1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 beef bouillon
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/ 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 large yellow onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 box spaghetti
24 oz. Prego Italian Sauce Flavored with Meat Sauce

Easy Ground Beef Tomato Pasta Recipe - Meat sauce. Very simple and easy minced beef and tomato pasta.
Bolognese sauce /bɒləˈnjeɪz/, known in Italian as ragù alla bolognese [raˈɡu alla boloɲˈɲeːze; -eːse], ragù bolognese [raˈɡu boloɲˈɲeːze; -eːse], or simply ragù, is a meat-based sauce originating from Bologna, Italy, hence the name. In Italian cuisine, it is customarily used to dress tagliatelle al ragù and to prepare lasagne alla bolognese. In the absence of tagliatelle, it can also be used with other broad, flat pasta shapes, such as pappardelle or fettuccine. Genuine ragù alla bolognese is a slowly cooked sauce, and its preparation involves several techniques, including sweating, sautéing and braising. Ingredients include a characteristic soffritto of onion, celery and carrot, different types of minced or finely chopped beef, often alongside small amounts of fatty pork. Red wine and a small amount of tomato concentrate or tomatoes are added, and the dish is then gently simmered at length to produce a thick sauce.

▪1lb/450g 80/20 ground chuck
▪8oz/225g hot italian pork sausage (O use 2 links)
▪200g or 1 med-lrg onion, medium diced
▪20g or 4 cloves garlic, minced/pressed
▪Coarse salt
▪1g or 1/2tsp dried oregano
▪1g or 1/2tsp red chili flake
▪75g or 1/3c tomato paste
▪15g or 1Tbsp beef better than bouillon
▪28oz/800g can crushed tomatoes
▪28oz/800g water (enough water to fill tomato can)
▪7-8g or 2tsp granulated sugar
▪10g or 3Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
▪12oz/340g dried spaghetti (broken in half)

Creamy Beef Pasta Skillet
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion - diced
2 lbs Ground Beefd
3 -4 Cloves Garlic - minced
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/4 c Flour
1 1/2 C Beef Broth
3 C Tomato Sauce
1 C Heavy Cream
1 Lb Pasta
2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Boil pasta according to directions for al dente pasta
In a large skillet drizzle oil, add onion, cooking until almost translucent. Add beef cooking until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid if needed. Add garlic, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste. Stir well. Add flour, cooking 2 - 3 minutes. Add in tomato sauce & beef broth, stirring until combined. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, add pasta into skillet and stir until well coated with sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese.
Garnish with fresh parsley

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS EASY JUICY PORK AND BEEF MEATBALLS PERFECT MEATBALLS RECIPE FOR THAT SUNDAY LUNCH OR DINNER.
50g Leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a Medium onion
400g Tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
1 Cup of water
1/2 Cube of beef or chicken stock or 1 tsp powder form
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
40g Red wine
2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
Mince Mixture
300g Ground beef
150g Ground pork
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt
1 Whole egg
METHOD
-Chop the onion and set aside.
-In a pan heat olive oil on medium-low.
-Add the onion fry for 3 minutes, add wine allow the alcohol to evaporate 3 minutes.
-Add the tomato, black pepper, salt, mix well and then cover and cook for 10 minutes on low.
-In the meantime remove the edges from the bread, soak the bread in water for 5 minutes.
-Chop the parsley and chop the garlic set aside.
-In a big bowl put the pork and the beef mince.
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince, parsley, black pepper, salt, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese , and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs put on a tray.
-To the sauce add water, stock, 2 tsp parmesan cheese, mix well and then add the meatballs cover and cook for 30minutes on medium - low heat.
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then.
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread.
-Enjoy.
