They're easy to make, and their portions are just right ???? These Vegan Banana Blueberry & Walnut Muffins are nutrient dense and will keep you full for a very long time. They're made with Spelt flour and Kamut flour, along with Brazil Nuts, and Walnuts.

Ingredients
Whole wheat(atta) 1cup
Powdered oats 1/2cup
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt apinch
Cinnamon pdr 1tsp
Nutmeg pdr 1/2tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Sugar 3tbs
Honey 2tbs

Squash Muffins Recipe:
Two well beaten eggs, one cup cooked and strained squash, one cup milk, a little salt, two cups flour, two teaspoons baking powder, one tablespoon melted butte; after all the ingredients are mixed together, add melted butter last. Bake thirty minutes in a slow oven, having oven very hot when first put in.
