Healthy Wholemeal Vegetable Pasta with caramelized Sweet Potato
A simple healthy pasta meal with caramelised sweet potato.
I used organic wholemeal or wholegrain penne which is a healthier option when eating pasta. It’s a very simple recipe to make, the hardest part is stirring the sweet potato for ten minutes, but it’s well worth it. It’s full of leafy greens so you know it’s super healthy! I used white wine for this, but you can substitute with vegetable stock and maybe a squeeze of lemon. You won’t find many pasta meals as healthy as this one. INGREDIENTS : Spagehtti – 250 g. Salt – 1 tsp. Refined oil – 1 tbsp.
Boneless chicken – 150 g. Salt – ½ tsp. Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp. Garlic paste – 1 tsp. Ginger paste – ½ tsp. Vinegar – 1 tbsp.

Easy and Spicy Vegetable Cheese Pasta Recipe | White Sauce Pasta | Kids Lunch Box Recipe
Vegetable Cheese Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta 2 Cups or 250g Oil 4 tablespoon Carrot 1/2 Cup Capsicum 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour 2 tablespoon Milk 2 Cups Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup Oregano Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Method:
Boil Pasta according to the instructions given behind the Pasta box. Add Oil,Carrot,Capsicum and Sweet Corn in a pan and fry them for two minutes. Move the Vegetables aside and add All Purpose Flour and cook until it’s fragrant and changes its colour. Mix it with Vegetables and add Milk,cook until its get little thicken. Add Red Chilli Powder,Black Pepper Powder and Salt and mix it. Add Pasta ,mix,add Oregano Powder and give a good mix. Add Cheese,mix and the delicious cheesey spicy Vegetable Paste is ready to Enjoy.
