How To make Sue's Easy 15 Minute Peanut Butter Fudge
1 c Sugar
1 c Light brown sugar
1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 t Vanilla
A cooked peanut butter fudge, very good and simple to make. In a saucepan, combine sugars, salt, and milk. Cook to 240 degrees F. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat with a wooden spoon several minutes until thick and creamy and gloss disappears. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares. Makes about 48 pieces.

Microwave Peanut Brittle (Recipe is in the Vol. 3 Cookbook)
1/2 CUP BUTTER (SALTED ALWAYS IN ALL OF
MY RECIPES)
1/2 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1 HEAPING CUP RAW PEANUTS (SKINS ON)
1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
1 1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA
Roast peanuts on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F for 8
minutes.
In a glass batter bowl, stir together peanuts, sugar,
corn syrup and salt. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Take out and stir well, then microwave for 4 more
minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla, then microwave 2
minutes longer. Finally, add baking soda and quickly
stir until light and foamy. Immediately pour onto a
lightly greased (with butter) cookie sheet.
CAUTION: Candy is very hot. Spread
out thin with a spatula and let cool
completely, then break into small
pieces and store in a wide-mouth
mason jar with a lid or an air-tight
container.

VINTAGE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE || DAY IN THE LIFE || LARGE FAMILYOF 10
Today is a day in the life of our large family of 10 ???? We made some delicious peanut butter fudge just like grandma made. This vintage recipe came out of the newspaper my grandmother saved from 1979 . I was only 4 years old ???? I have so many fond memories of my grandmother sitting at the table stirring her fudge. I hope you give this recipe a try !!!
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
4 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 pint marshmallow crème
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
