Ingredients:
- 330 grams of flour (1 + 3/4 cups)
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams of powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
- 113 grams of butter (1 stick)
- 150 grams of sour cream (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg yolk
Filling:
- 100 grams of caramel or jam

Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 20 minutes.
