2 c Flour 1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Salt 3 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix with cream to the consistency of a roll dough, adding 1 teaspoon sweet milk or water if too stiff. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead lightly. Pat into sheet 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place in well-oiled pan and bake in hot oven (450? F) about 12 minutes. 12 servings. 1 Tsp Garlic & Parsley Season

1/2 Cup Cold Butter
1-1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese or
(1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 1/2 Cups Fontina Cheese)
3/4 Cup 2% Milk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Brush with Butter and Parsley Flakes or 1 Tsp Minced Fresh Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the Oven to 450
Wisk the First Five Ingredients in A Large Bowl
Cut in Cold Butter Until It Resembles Coarse Crumbs
Stir in Cheese
Add Milk & Sour Cream
Stir Just Until Moistened
Drop 1/4 Cups unto Greased Baking
Sheet.
Brush Butter on Top and Sprinkle Parsley on Top of the Butter
Bake for 12 to 15 Minutes until Golden Brown

Sour Cream Biscuits
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of melted butter
Preheat oven to 450°
Lightly spray a mini muffin pan (24 muffin size) with cooking spray and set aside.
By hand mix all ingredients listed above until fully incorporated.
Using a spoon, scoop a small amount (one spoon full) of biscuit mixture into each muffin section.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 24 mini biscuits
