It's so delicious! I make this for dinner 3 times a week! Super easy fish recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
320g haddock fillets
Dry the fillets using paper towel
Salt
Black pepper
Flip over
Salt
Black pepper
Set aside for 15 minutes
Sift 50g All purpose flour
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
1/2tsp baking powder
Mix well
70 ml water
Mix well
1/2tsp olive oil or a different vegetable oil
After 15 minutes
Sift flour on top of the fish
Flip over
Sift flour on the other side of the fish
Cut the fillets into smaller portions
Add vegetable oil to a pan
Coat the fish with the batter
Place into the hot oil
Repeat
Fry for 5 minutes on medium-low heat or until golden brown
Flip over
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

The cod baked in a pan with sour cream. Fish in sour cream with onions and vegetables. Cut the cod fillet into 8 identical pieces. Mix flour with salt. Roll fish in flour and fry in a pan heated with vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side. Put fried fish on a plate. Cut the onion in small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion slightly in vegetable oil in a pan, in which the fish was fried. Add carrots and pass, stirring, 6 - 8 minutes. Add sour cream and water. Salt and mix well. Boil. Immediately put fish in the sauce, tackle it. Warm under the lid for 2 minutes. Serve hot. The cod baked in a pan is ready.

Creamy Cod & Potato Gratin - Food Wishes
Creamed cod was one of my favorite childhood comfort foods, mostly because my mother served it over mashed potatoes, which was my favorite childhood food of any type. This version is a little fancier than my mom’s, but still very easy, and can be done in individual portions, or in one large casserole dish. Enjoy!

Sweet And Sour Fish Fillet
The sweet and sour fish fillet is originated from China and is made by cooking cut fish fillets in a sweet and sour sauce made with ketchup, soy sauce. onion, garlic, ginger, corn starch, pineapple titbits, vinegar, sugar, bell pepper, pepper and salt. With crunchy bell peppers and fresh bits of pineapples, the sweet and sour fish fillet is heaven in every bite. Best partnered with fried rice and chicharap. Yum!

1 large egg
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 can 227g
Pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup green and red bellpepper
2 cloves garlic (minced)
