How To make Skillet Beef Hash
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Water
1 Bouillon cube
1 Onion; chopped
2 c Frozen mixed vegetables
3 c Frozen hash brown potatoes
Celery salt Salt Pepper 1 c Cheddar cheese; grated
Preparation time = 25 minutes Substitutions: bouillon package in lieu bouillon cube; or equivalent Green beans may be used in lieu of mixed vegetables. Favorite herbs and spices (incl Mrs Dash) can be substituted for listed spices. Quantities of mixed vegetables and hash browns can both be reduced by 1 cup if desired. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain off
fat. 2. Add water and the beef bouillon cube. Stir to combine
3. Add the onion, vegetables and has brown potatoes. Sprinkle with
seasoning; cover tightly and heat on low for 15 minutes until vegetables are steamed. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Cover and cook a few minutes until cheese melts.

So good, and so easy... Enjoy *real* Corned Beef Hash. Those St. Patrick's Day left overs won't last long...
Please... just walk right on by that congealed stuff in the can. Corned Beef Hash in a Can shouldn't be sold in my opinion. That stuff doesn't even require chewing...
Only 3 main ingredients:
* 2 cups diced cooked potatoes (boiled or baked)
* 1 cup minced yellow onion
* 1 - 2 cups real corned beef (preferably smoked)
Add Salt, Pepper, and Thyme to taste.
Sweat down your onions in some oil or bacon grease (you know what we used!).
Add diced potatoes and corned beef.
Stir occasionally.
Let sit a bit to form a crust. Season to taste and enjoy!
