How To make Screamin' Cinnamon Rolls w/Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 C warm water
2 pkgs yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding(3 1/2oz.)
2 C milk
room temp.
1/2 C butter :
melted
2 lg. eggs -- beaten
1 tsp salt
8 C all-purpose flour
1 C butter melted
2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon :
(2 to 3)
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 C butter :
softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
In small bowl combine water, yeast & sugar. Stir until dissolved, set aside. In large bowl, mix pudding with milk. Add 1/2 C melted butter,egg & salt. Mix well, then add yeast mixture & blend well. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth, adding a little more flour if needed ( this is a soft dough). Place in a very large greased bowl. Cover & let rise until double in size.Punch down & cover and let rise again. Roll dough out on a large floured surface to a rectangle, about 34x21" in size. Brush the 1 C melted butter over dough. Combine brown sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Roll dough up & cut into about 20 rolls (i use dental floss to cut rolls easily). Pat each roll as you place it into a large greased pan (this helps keep rolls in shape). Let rolls rise in a warm place about 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350 deg. oven for 20-30 minutes, until done. Frost rolls while still warm. Beat cream cheese & butter until smooth, beat in vanilla and milk. Add powdered sugar & beat until smooth. Frost rolls while still very warm

MOIST CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING FROM SCRATCH
Carrot Cake! Moist, soft, and fluffy with flavor. This simple homemade carrot cake is a quick and easy recipe. All you’ll need is patience for the bake and cooling time. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Lots of love, Stephanie and Cloud
Bake Temperature: 350 Degrees
Bake Time: 1 hour for a 9’inch Round baking pan
The cake is done when you can stick a toothpick and it comes out clean
To prevent burning, I like to place a parchment paper over the cake after it has been baking for 35 minutes
Carrot Cake Ingredients
2 Cups AP Flour
2 Cups of Sugar (1 3/4 Cups White sugar and 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar)
4 Large eggs or 5 Medium Eggs (Room Temp)
1 1/2 Cups Oil (Canola or Vegetable)
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Powder Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Powder Clove
3 Cups Fresh Grated Carrots
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 Cup Raisins
Frosting
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter (Salted)
2 1/2 Cups Confectioners Sugar

Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake | Fat Fall Recipe

Set your oven to 350 degrees
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks soften butter (unsalted
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
add dry ingredients to batter
mix ingredients about 1 1/2 minutes
4 eggs (add and mix 1 egg at a time)
3 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Frosting for Cake
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1teaspoon vanilla
2-3 tablespoons maple
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Bake Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake for 40-70 minutes... it all depends on your oven. Check status of the cake at about 45 minutes in and discontinue or continue cooking of done or not!
