Ingredients:
2 Idaho potatoes
0.5 cup whole-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
0 Ranch dressing, for serving
Directions:
1. Microwave the potatoes for 2 minutes, on high.
2. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into wedges. 3. Generously brush all sides of the potatoes with the yogurt and sprinkle with the seasoning.
4. Place the potatoes on air flow trays and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
5. Serve with ranch dressing.

Skillet Baked Chicken and Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Best skillet baked chicken and creamy mashed potatoes you will ever have.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Red/white Onions
2 Medium size tomatoes
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Hot pepper
1 Stalk green onion
3 tbsp chopped and blended vegetables
2 tbsp soya sauce
20g Thyme
1133g/2.5lbs Unskinned chicken thighs
1 Tbsp chicken/meat spice
METHOD FOR CHICKEN:
1. Chop and blend the following: 2 Red/white Onions, 2 Medium size tomatoes, 2 Cloves of garlic, 1 Hot pepper, 1 Stalk green onion
2. Add 3 tbsp of the blended vegetables to 1133g of unskinned (optional) chicken thighs.
3. Add 1 tbsp of chicken/meat spice to chicken
4. Add 2 tbsp soya sauce
5. Mix content to evenly infuse ingredients
6. Marinate for 1 hour
7. Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil to the hot pot and place seasoned chicken in the pot once the oil is heated. fry on each side for 15 mins to get the desired colour.7
8. Add an additional 3 cloves of garlic along with 20g of thyme, plus 1 hot pepper (All optional)
9. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 15 mins and that's it.
METHOD FOR CREAMY MASHED POTATO
1. Peel 907g/2lbs potatoes and cut into small pieces and place in the pot (add a pinch of salt if needed)
2. Boiled until soft/cooked.
3. Mash in a separate bowl and add 8oz of butter or more
4. Add 1/4 cup of 18% table cream and mix with the potato until desired texture is achieved.
5. Plate chicken and mashed potatoes plus your garnish of choice and enjoy.

Cozy, Slow Cooker Recipe...BBQ Chicken & Baked Potatoes ❤️
This slow cooker recipe features tender barbecue chicken, fluffy baked potatoes, seasoned bacon, & lots of toppings to create a delicious loaded baked potato! The bacon seasoning of choice for me is Grill Your Ass Off Pork Rub (linked below). They are a small Texas-based, veteran-owned company, we have been using their spices for years & I absolutely adore this one with bacon! ????

Recipe for Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken & Baked Potatoes
**for 2, feel free to double the recipe for a crowd!**
BBQ CHICKEN:
*2 to 3lbs chicken breast
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*1/2 Italian dressing
*18oz. barbecue sauce
*2 TBSP Worcestershire
Add all ingredients into slow cooker, mix to combine. Turn heat to High setting for 3 to 4 hours OR Low for 6 to 7 hours.
SEASONED BACON:
*12oz. thick cut original bacon
*Grill Your Ass Off Pork Rub
On a parchment lined baking sheet, cut bacon strips in half & arrange, ensuring all bacon is laying flat & not overlapping. Sprinkle with pork rub (OPTIONAL: use a mix of paprika, cracked pepper & brown sugar overtop). Flip & sprinkle seasoning on other side. Bake at 400•F for 13 to 15 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, adding more time if you like more of a crisp!
Once the bacon is cooked, transfer to a plate lined with a few paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Set aside.
BAKED POTATOES:
*3 Russet potatoes
*1 to 2 TBSP olive oil
*salt
Once your chicken has roughly an hour and a half left to cook, start your potatoes. Thoroughly wash & dry potatoes, once on a baking sheet, evenly coat all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle salt on each side. Bake at 400•F for 1.5 hours, flipping halfway through.
OPTION: If you're running short on time, prick potatoes a few times with a fork & microwave for 6 to 10 minutes. Check while microwaving & turn about halfway through, then bake at 400•F for 25 to 30 minutes!
TOPPINGS:
*sour cream
*double pepper habanero & jalapeño shredded cheese
*green onion
*seasoned bacon (recipe above)
*Salt Lick Spicy BBQ Sauce
