Oats Haleem / Oats Daleem @DipSipCrunchMunch Follow : Instagram.com/sabanaaz.hamid Quick & Easy Oats Recipe Oats 60 g Chana Dal 100 g Boneless Chicken 5-6 pcs. Daleem Masala 4 tsp Desi Ghee 1 tbsp Salt to taste Oil 1/3 Cup Water 3 Cups Green Chilli, chopped 1 or to taste For Tadka : Oil /Desi Ghee 3tbsp Onion, finely sliced 1/2 Coriander leaves for garnishing Lemon slices Method : Cook Boneless Chicken in water till tender. Cool down. Shred the cooked chicken pieces. Set aside. Pressure Cook Dal for 20 mins ( high heat upto first whistle, then turn down the heat to low and cook for 20 mins). Let the pressure release naturally. Mash with ladle to get a uniform texture. Heat Kadhai. Oil 1/3 Cup. Saute Chicken shredded ( reserve few crisp golden chicken pieces to top on Daleem) +Mashed Chana Dal +Daleem Masala 4tsp. Simmer for 7-8 mins. Add Oats & 3cups water. Salt. Mix! Simmer for 10 mins. For Tadka : Heat Oil or Desi Ghee. Add finely sliced 1/2 onion. Keep stirring until onion turns golden brown. Pour this tadka mixture over cooked Daleem. Green Chillies Chopped. Squeeze lemon and serve hot.. ENJOY!!
