Hi guys welcome back!!!! unfortunately this is a 2 part video due to a crappy camera!!! but I hope that you enjoy this video!!!

Chocolate zucchini bread recipe:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 large eggs and we want them at room temperature
1/4 cup of melted butter slightly cooled
¼ cup of vegetable oil
¾ cup of light brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ½ cups of shredded zucchini
1 cup of chocolate chips. We will be dividing these so that we can have some in the mixture and on top. We will have a chocolatey bread here. Yum yum yum!!!

HEALTHY ZUCCHINI BREAD RECIPE
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cup shredded zucchini, (1 large or 2 small zucchini)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray, coconut oil, butter.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk together and put it aside.
In a large bowl, combine white whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut flakes.
then pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until everything is just combined and you have a nice thick batter.
Add the zucchini and walnuts to the batter and mix until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and top with extra walnuts mix with 1/4 cup of coconut sugar (if desired!).
Bake for 50 minutes or until set through and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!

Eva's Bee Bread
This is a much-requested recipe for my bee bread, which uses a sourdough starter that I created with the fermented pollen from one of my bee hives. But you can use ANY active sourdough to make this bead!
This bread is very easy to make, and requires only a few minutes of hands-on time. Just some patience to let the sourdough do its magic.
The ingredients I used:
650g bread flour
150g whole grain rye flour
16g salt
~1/2 cup active sourdough started
~570g warm water (may be a bit more or less, depending on the flours used)
Did you know that bees have to ferment the pollen they collect before they can actually digest the proteins in the pollen? Yes! And the fermented pollen is called bee bread. So, bees have their own little fermentation plant going in the hive. And it turns out that the types of microorganisms they use to make the pollen edible are pretty similar to the ones humans use to make sourdough, sauerkraut or yoghurt! So, a few years ago I tried to use bee bread to start sourdough. And it worked beautifully.
