How To make Baked Chicken Breast Supreme
3/4 c Plain yogurt
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts Paprika
1/2 Garlic; minced
1/4 ts Salt; optional
1 ds Pepper
4 Chicken breast halves withou
1 c Bread crumbs
first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bkae, uncovered, at 350 ^ for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Exchanges: One serving equals 3 - 1/2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/4 skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g. fat.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 cup (160g) sun dried tomatoes I like the bright red one from the deli counter
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree (paste)
1/3 cup (90ml) white wine
1 cup (240ml) chicken stock (use bouillon for gluten free)
pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup (90ml) double (heavy) cream
1/2 packed cup (50g) parmesan cheese grated
3 packed cups (90g) fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp chopped parsley

The most common way to stuff a chicken breast is to cut a slit along the side and fill it with your stuffing, but have you ever tried making a pocket and piping your stuffing in? In this video we do just that, and you’ll see how efficient, clean and easy it is to do.
We’ll start by cutting a chicken supreme from a whole chicken, then make a ricotta, spinach and pine nut stuffing and stuff our chicken supremes.
As always on this channel, we’ll then talk about the different components needed for our chicken supreme meal, and plate up a beautiful and balanced main meal in two different ways.
