4 Chicken breasts, skinned
1 c Bread crumbs
1 ts Parsley
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Seasoning salt
1/4 c Non fat yogurt
1/4 c Flour
1 Egg white, beaten lightly
Mix dry ingredients in pie plate, place yogurt, flour and egg white in separate pie plates. Dip chicken in yogurt, then in flour, then in egg white. Roll in bread crumbs, coating well. Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Garlic salt
Seasoning salt
Chicken bouillon
Sazon
Black pepper
Eggs
Whole milk
Pickle juice
Hot sauce
Fried in vegetable oil
Oil temp 325 degrees
for the marinade 2 TBS of each seasoning and packet of the Sazon, 1/2 cup of pickle juice, milk to almost cover. Flour and cornstarch mix 2 cups of flour 1 cup of cornstarch, 3 TBS of each seasoning except Sazon (none). Vegetable oil to fry

►Brining Chicken
3 large chicken breasts (1.3kg or 2.8lbs)
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup hot sauce (Tabasco)
►For the Dredge
3 cups (360g) plain flour
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp celery
1 tbsp garlic
2 tsp onion
2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp msg
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oregano
►For the Wet Batter
3 large eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cup soda water
2 cups (240g) plain flour
Also, 2 cups flour in another bowl
►For Frying
1 litre oil
►For the Sauce
1/2 cup (150ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (150ml) mayonnaise (recipe on the channel)
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp honey
Some fresh parsley
Serve with coleslaw (recipe on the channel) and fries

This CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN is comfort food at it’s best, your family will run to the table for it, lol! Well I always did, it’s just that good. This is one hearty meal that I think everybody loves because it’s definitely a stick to your ribs kind of meal. I pick out boneless chicken breasts, but you can use thighs if you prefer, I slice the breast in half lengthwise then pound them fairly thin about 1/2 inch or so because you don’t want them so thick that they don’t cook well from the center. You want them to cook evenly so it’s important that they are uniform in size, I love to side them with mashed potatoes and a good veggie, I picked green beans. You want to make sure that your meat is dry before breading it if you want your coating to stick well. Gravy will complete this amazing chicken fried chicken, and mine is a winner. I hope you give this recipe a try.❤️
INGREDIENTS ____________
1 Boneless chicken breast (about 3/4 lb)
about 1/2 inch thick
3/4 C. All purpose flour
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Pepper to your liking
Salt (about 1/2 to 3/4 tsp) you decide
1 C. Vegetable oil
EGG MIXTURE _______________
1 large egg
3/4 C. Buttermilk
GRAVY____________________
2 Tbsp Bacon grease
2-3 Tbsp flour mixture used for breading (i used 3 Tbsp)
2 C. Milk
Salt to your liking
Pepper to your liking
