2 chicken breasts
1/2-2/3 cup cream cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 chili of choice
1/4 cup parsley
1 Tbsp honey
I simply used 1-2 tsp of cajun seasoning on the chicken and in the mixture!

Ingredients:
- Chicken ???? Breast (2 Large breasts will feed 4-5 people)
- Cheese (I have used 3 different soft cheeses, the final selection is up to you)
- 1/2 a can of crushed tomatoes
- One can of small tomatoe paste
- 1/4 of a large onion ????
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- Rosemary Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- One agg
- Olive oil
Method:
- Prep your sauce first by sautéing onions on the skillet for a couple of minutes, add crushed tomatoes and tomatoe sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce until you can clearly see separation once you run a line with a spatula.
- Chicken Breast - Buterfly it with a knife cover with plastick and flatten it. Add panko Bread Crumbs in to the ZipLock Bag with one whisked egg. Salt pepper to taste. Add chicken into the bag and shake it well.
Pre-heat the skillet add oil and fry your chicken for a few minutes on each side.
- Now add your tasty sauce on top of chicken breast and top it off with as much cheese and you would like to make it extra cheesy.
- Broil on Hi setting in the oven for 15 to 20 min.

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake
Serving: 3-4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup long grain rice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups broccoli, diced
1 ½ cups chicken broth
Extra cheddar cheese for topping
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 375°F/190°C.
In a casserole dish, combine rice, pepper, onion powder, cream of chicken, cheese, broccoli, and chicken stock. Mix until everything is combined.
Lay chicken on top of the rice mixture. Space evenly.
Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Take off cover and top the chicken with more cheese. Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
