1 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 pound ground pork
3 medium bread slices
torn in pieces
1 cup milk
1 whole egg :
beaten
1/4 cup minced onions
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake 1 l/2 hours or until done. Serve hot or cold. For catsup-topped Loaf, spread 3 tablespoons on top before baking.

00:09 250 ml milk
0:12 1/2 tbs brown sugar
0:14 1 tbs dry east
0:21 200 gr flour
0:33 1 egg
0:46 cover and leave to rise for 30 min
0:50 300 gr smoked pork belly
1:35 1 onion medium size
1:55 1tsp freshly grounded rainbow pepper
2:01 1tsp caraway seeds
2:14 frying on medium heat 5-7 min pork belly with onion and seasoning
3:02 1/2 tsp sea salt
3:07 45 ml vegetable oil
3:20 sift flour 500 -600 gr add in parts
5:49 beat 1 egg yolk
5:59 grease the pies with beaten egg
6:01 put in a preheated oven 180 c and bake for 25 -30 min until golden brown color

The beauty of this rapid rise yeast is that you don't have to proof it or let it rise twice, it is something I like to do to be sure...the advantage is it will rise quicker. You can decide what's best for you.
350° F 30 minutes (makes about 20 or so)
INGREDIENTS _________________
1 stick salted butter (8 Tbsp)
2 C. COLD whole milk
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 packets Instant Yeast (2 1/4 tsp each packet)
2 xtra large lightly beaten eggs
1 tsp Salt
5 1/2 C. All purpose flour (more for kneading as needed)
EXTRAS______________
1 Tbsp melted butter for brushing
Non-Stick spray
9 1/2 X 13 1/2 dish 2 1/2 inch deep (use what you have)
You can divide rolls in 2 dishes if needed.
