How To make White Chocolate Ricotta Filled Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies
1 c Finely chopped toasted
Hazelnuts 4 oz Bittersweet chocolate,
Finely grated (about 1 cup) 2 tb Butter, for greasing pans

Cups); room temp 1 1/3 c Finely gratd white chocolate
1/4 c Powdered sugar, sifted
2 ts Finely minced orange peel
(orange skin only; no white Pith or membrane) Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine the hazelnuts and chocolate; mix well. Generously grease 2 heavy-gauge baking sheets with the butter. Arrange 9 to 12 sue gow skins on each baking sheet, leaving approximately 3/4-inch between each skin. Sprinkle about 21/2 ts of the hazelnut-chocolate mixture on each skin. INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup (packed) light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 ounces English toffee candy (recommended: Heath or Skor bar), finely chopped
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted, husked, and chopped
1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips

Ricotta Cookies - How to make ricotta cookies at home.
Ingredients and dircetions for making Ricotta Cookies below.
Ingredients for the cookies (Serves -54 to 58 cookies):-
4 cups of all-purpose flour (500 grams).
1 1/2 sugar (300 grams).
15oz whole milk Ricotta (400 grams).
2 sticks softened unsalted butter (224 grams).
2 eggs room temperature.
Zest of a lemon.
1/2 tsp of almond extract.
3 tsp baking powder.
2 tsp of vanilla extract.
Ingredients for the Glaze:-
2 plus cups confectionery sugar .
3 plus tablespoons of milk .
Sprinkles optional to decorate.
Directions for the cookies:-
Step#1- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step#2- Add the eggs one at a time with the vanilla and almond extract.
Step#3- Add the ricotta and lemon zest. Continue beating so it’s light and fluffy.
Step#4- Spoonful at a time add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Step#5- Once it’s all incorporated you’ll have a fluffy and a little sticky mixture.
Step#6- With an ice cream scooper scoop cookie balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step#7- Bake at 350 for about 15-18 degrees or until the bottom is lightly golden.
Step#8- Let the cookies cool before glazing.
Direction for the glaze:-
Step#1- In a bowl mix the confectionery sugar and milk one tablespoon at a time.
Step#2- Stir until a smooth thick glaze is formed. You can also add 1/2 tsp of almond extract for extra flavor.
Step#3- Dip the top of the cookie in the glaze and immediately add your sprinkles otherwise they will no stick.
Step#4- Let them dry and enjoy!

.Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
.White Chocolate 150 g
.Salted Cashew Nut 150 g
Bake in a preheated static oven at 170 °C / 340 °F for 13/15 minutes or until they are lightly golden brown. let cool down and store them like regular cookies.

White chocolate pie: A delicious and unique dessert!
A very simple recipe for a truly delectable pie. Tasty and quick to prepare, it’s the perfect idea for a unique snack!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g sugar
150g flour
50ml milk
50ml vegetable oil
pinch of salt
1/2 packet of baking powder
White hazelnut cream, as needed
chopped hazelnuts
chocolate bar
DIRECTIONS
Start by preparing the pie crust: beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and the sugar. Add the milk, oil, and gradually add the flour. Mix in the baking powder last and pour in a pie dish with a 26cm base, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. When the base has cooled down, pour the white hazelnut cream over it. Decorate the pie with some chopped hazelnuts and some hazelnut cream.
