1/2 c Unsalted butter; softened 1/3 c Sugar 1/3 c Brown sugar, packed 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 1 c All purpose flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 6 1/2 oz White chocolate; chopped 3/4 c Macadamia nuts; halved Blend butter, sugars, egg,and vanilla until fluffy, stopping once to scrape down sides of bowl, about 1 min. Add flour,baking soda and salt and mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Stir in white chocolate chunks and nuts. Mound dough by 1/3 cupfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet, space about 2 in. Apart. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until lighly brown around edges, about 15 min.Cool on cookie sheet for 3 min, then remove to racks and cool completley. Store in air-tight container. (Can be prepared ahead. Store cookies up to 4 days at room temp. Or freeze 3 wks.) -----

✅Ingredients
• 1 cup salted butter softened • 1 cup brown sugar tightly packed • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts coarsely chopped
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
3️⃣ Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
4️⃣ Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until it forms a nice dough. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts with a spoon.
5️⃣ Take 2 tablespoons of dough and use your hands to quickly shape into a dough ball and place on the prepared cookie sheets, 12 cookies per pan. This recipe makes 24 cookies total.
6️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until just kissed with brown. Do not over bake.
7️⃣ Remove pan from the oven and let cookies cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
Freezer Instructions: This cookie dough can easily be frozen. For best results, shape into balls and freeze on a baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a resealable plastic freezer bag for long term storage, up to 3 months. When ready to bake, place cookie dough onto a baking sheet and let thaw while the oven preheats. Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes. ????????????????????????????????????

Hi guys today I'll be sharing with you how I make these delicious White Chocolate Chip Espresso Cookies. If you like soft chewy cookies with crunchy edges, this recipe is for you. In this recipe I added Macadamia nuts which pairs well with the white chocolate and Espresso. If you cant find Macadamia nuts in your local grocery, walnuts or whatever nuts will do.
Ingredients: 8oz butter 6.5 oz granulated sugar 6.5 oz brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tbsp. coffee extract 14.5oz ap flour 1 tbsp coffee, ground 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. b. soda 12 oz white chocolate chips 4 oz Macadamia nuts
Bake at 325F for 12 - 15mins. Enjoy!

So, it is no surprise that combining the two and adding white chocolate to the mix makes for a fantastic snack time addition. These rich, creamy and delicious cookies come together in minutes and can light up any day. Not to mention that you can freeze the dough and have some ready for anytime that you decide to make a cookie or two, just to get you through the day. Simple Recipe Amount Ingredients 1 1/4 Cup (150 G) AP Flour 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Corn Starch 1/4 teaspoon + Sprinkle (optional) Kosher Salt 4oz Butter-Unsalted, Room Temp 1/2 Cup Sugar-Granulated White 1/4 Cup Sugar-Packed Brown 1ea m Egg 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract 8oz White Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts Procedure Place Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cornstarch and Kosher Salt into Medium bowl, whisk together and set aside. Place Butter, White Sugar and Brown Sugar into Large bowl and beat on Medium with mixer until fluffy and smooth. Then add the Egg, Vanilla Extract and Almond Extract. Mix just until incorporated. Add the Flour mixture and mix until almost incorporated. Now add the the White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts and fold in with spatula. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350° and begin balling the cookie dough into 2 Tablespoon sized balls. Place the balled dough onto lined baking sheets about 3 inches apart. Sprinkle with the additional salt if desired, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or until coloring around the edges. Let rest on tray for a few minutes, then transfer to cool the rest of the way,...or eat them all while warm ;-) Enjoy Responsibly
