How To make White Chocolate Chip Cookies w/Macadamias
1/2 c Unsalted butter; softened
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
6 1/2 oz White chocolate; chopped
3/4 c Macadamia nuts; halved
Blend butter, sugars, egg,and vanilla until fluffy, stopping once to scrape down sides of bowl, about 1 min. Add flour,baking soda and salt and mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Stir in white chocolate chunks and nuts. Mound dough by 1/3 cupfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet, space about 2 in. Apart. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until lighly brown around edges, about 15 min.Cool on cookie sheet for 3 min, then remove to racks and cool completley. Store in air-tight container. (Can be prepared ahead. Store cookies up to 4 days at room temp. Or freeze 3 wks.) -----

2+1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 + 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
I cup grassfed SALTED butter, softened ( I like Kerrygold)
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup dark or light brown sugar (packed)
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs (large)
2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or white.... or all 3)
1+1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (can substitute your favorite nut... pecans or walnuts are amazing as well!)
Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl, set aside.
Mix butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy.
Add in eggs, mixing after each one.
Then slowly add in flour mixture. Mix well.
Add in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Bake at 375… for 8-9 minutes!
SIDE NOTE: You can switch up the type of chocolate chip and the nuts you use! And if you'd like, add 1/4 -to 1/2 cup more of each! This is now YOUR recipe, it's time for you to perfect it so you love it too.

Chewy White Chocolate Chip Espresso Cookie with Macadamia Nuts Recipe | Hawaiiz Jema
Hi guys today I'll be sharing with you how I make these delicious White Chocolate Chip Espresso Cookies. If you like soft chewy cookies with crunchy edges, this recipe is for you. In this recipe I added Macadamia nuts which pairs well with the white chocolate and Espresso. If you cant find Macadamia nuts in your local grocery, walnuts or whatever nuts will do.
Ingredients:
8oz butter
6.5 oz granulated sugar
6.5 oz brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. coffee extract
14.5oz ap flour
1 tbsp coffee, ground
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. b. soda
12 oz white chocolate chips
4 oz Macadamia nuts
Bake at 325F for 12 - 15mins. Enjoy!

I discovered them at a bakery in Tokyo and knew I had to make them. I searched the internet for a cookie that was jam-packed with coconut, white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, and this recipe was it!
Friends, family and neighbors absolutely love these cookies and have called them the most delicious cookies they have ever had!
Ingredients:
1 cup (227 g) salted butter, softened
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (165 g) light brown sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cup (306 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (4.8 g) baking soda
1 tsp (5.69) salt
2 cups (340 g) white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup (210 g) macadamia nuts, chopped
10 oz. (283.5 g) sweetened flaked coconut
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 – 14 minutes until golden brown.
