1 c Unsalted Butter 10 oz White Chocolate, Broken In Pieces
(I always use Lindt 1 c Sugar 4 ts Vanilla 4 lg Eggs 2 c Flour 1 c Macadamia Nuts :
coarsely Chopped Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 13 x 9 x2 pan with foil, including sides and lightly grease. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave or double boiler over low heat until mixture is smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Beat eggs lightly and add to chocolate mixture. Stir well. (Mixture may appear curdled, but that's ok. ) Add flour and nuts and stir just to combine. Transfer batter to pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes or until pale golden. Cool completely and left out of pan with foil; peel away foil and cut into squares. White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Blondies These Blondies are rich and chewy and filled with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. They are not only absolutely delicious, they are really easy to make too! Ingredients: 2 sticks or 1/2 pound butter, softened 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 3 cups flour 2 cups white chocolate chips 1 cup toasted and chopped macadamia nuts 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder Bake macadamia nuts at 400 until toasted. Chop and set aside. Cream sugar and butter together, add in eggs and vanilla until well incorporated. In a separate bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. Add slowly to batter until all incorporated and dough is formed. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Press dough into a prepared 9X9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes ore until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly, remove from pan and cut into desired sized pieces. Enjoy!
Macadamia Brownies
Ingredients: 10 tablespoons butter 1 3/4 cups brown sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted 1 cup plain flour sifted 1 teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt 4 whole eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup dark chocolate buttons (optional) 1 cup macadamia nuts (optional)
You can make them 2-3 days ahead and can be stored in airtight container. I am using less amount of sugar and you can add extra according to your taste. Make sure the centre should be moist and little bit gooey & the top quite dry texture. Don't overmix the batter.
