How To make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies Emeril
brOWNIES 1/2 c (1/2 stick) butter
8 oz White chocolate,
Cut into chunks 4 Eggs, room temperature
1 t Salt
2 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Macadamia nuts
: SAUCE 3 oz white chocolate,
: cut into chunks 1/2 c heavy cream
1 tb butter
These delightfully decadent brownies were created by Chef Emeril Lagasse at his restaurant Emeril's, in New Orleans' Warehouse District. Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease an 8x10x2 baking pan. Melt the butter in a double boiler; add the white chocolate and melt completely. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt until frothy. Add the sugar, and beat until thick and pale, about 90 seconds. Scrape down the sides. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and beat for five seconds. Add the flour and mix until just moist. Fold in the nuts with a spatula and pour into the prepared pan. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour. To serve, drizzle the top with the sauce. The Sauce In a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate. Add the cream and butter and cook briefly until smooth. Let cool a little. Either spoon over brownies, or use a squeeze bottle to sauce the brownies. Walt MM

You can make the dough ahead of time and store it in the fridge (watch my tip for quick and easy storage) then use the dough to bake up a small batch of cookies at any time!

PERFECT Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Yield: approx 18 cookies
INGREDIENTS
8 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg (room temperature - watch my hack)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats (process if you want to)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter and both sugars until well blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Add egg, vanilla and lemon juice and blend until light and fluffy. You’ll likely need to scrape the sides of your bowl some more.
In a 2 cup measuring cup, combing the flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, then pour into the batter. Mix until it’s just combined... about 45 seconds. You don’t want to overmix.
With your spatula or wooden spoon, stir in chocolate chips.
Line your air fryer with foil, making a little handle with the foil so you can easily lift it out of the air fryer (see video).
Add scoops of cookie dough (approx 38 grams, or using the perfect cookie dough scoop, linked below) to air fryer basket. Be sure to leave about 1.5-2” between cookie dough balls.
Lightly press the cookie dough down, just enough to slightly flatten each ball. This ensures the middle and sides cook evenly.
Bake at 300˚F (or 150˚ C) for 6-8 minutes.
Let it cool on the foil for about 5 minutes before moving to cookie rack for another 5-10 minutes of cooling.

Gluten Free Nutella Cookies Recipe
Check out this simple video recipe for making gluten free Nutella Peanut Butter cookies at home.
Requires only 7 ingredients!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar - Tightly Packed
1 Whole Large Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
2) Mix together all the ingredients (besides the chocolate chips and nuts)
3) Once the batter is combined, add the chocolate chips and nuts - stir together
4) Roll 1 inch balls of the batter and place on the pre-greased tray (1 inch apart)
5) Bake for 10 minutes on 350
6) Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before storing or eating
7) Yields 16 gluten free cookies

Amaretto White Hot Chocolate
Brrr it’s cold outside! When it’s like this, most people like to make hot chocolate but for me, I love making white hot chocolate. When I make white hot chocolate, it always comes out so rich and velvety. It is perfect for cozying up with by the fire.
Amaretto White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
Serves 4
3 cups milk
1 cup half and half (you could also use heavy cream for a richer taste)
6-12 oz of good quality white chocolate (I used 12 oz of White Chocolate Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar, I wanted a strong white chocolate taste, but for a milder taste feel free to use less chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup of Amaretto Liquor.
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except Amaretto Liquor in a medium saucepan.
2. Whisk continuously over medium-low heat, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Do not boil.
4. Add Amaretto, and remove from heat.
5. Serve.
