Dieses Zucchini-Rezept eignet sich sehr gut für Vorspeisen und Aperitifs, begleitet von einer einfachen Mayonnaise, mit anderen Vorspeisen wie Nüssen, Käse, Weintrauben und Honig.
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
2 mittelgroße Zucchini.
2 Eier.
Salz Pfeffer.
Mehl oder Stärke 2 EL.

-6/7 spring onions
-3/4 cup (110 grams) of chickpea flour
