2 tb Active Dry Yeast
1/2 c Lukewarm Water (105 to 110
-degrees) 1/2 c Milk, scalded
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
3 1/2 To 4 c Flour
1 ts Ground Cardamom
1/2 c Raisins, dark or golden
Combine the yeast and the lukewarm water. Let stand until dissolved. Pour the hot milk over the sugar to dissolve it. Pour the hot milk over the sugar to dissolve it. Add the salt and vegetable oil. Cool. Stir in the yeast mixture, egg, 3 cups of the flour and the cardamom into the sugar mixture. Add the raisins and extra flour. Beat until smooth. Turn the dough onto a lightly-floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a lightly-oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down the dough and transfer to a lightly-floured surface. Divide into thirds. Roll each part into a 10-inch-long strand. Braid loosely. Place on a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Show us someone that DOESN'T love a Cinnamon Roll. Yes, we have done a video for them before on the channel but that was years ago and these are Danes take on the Classic Cinnamon Roll. This soft and chewy enriched dough is slathered with Cinnamon and Butter before its plaited and twisted to give those gorgeous layers! These Cinnamon Rolls are then baked individually in a cupcake or muffin pan so that each one is crispy on the outside. DEEEEELICIOUS!

To make 6 Cinnamon Rolls:
Preheat Oven to 185C (fan assist) ((205C non fan)
135ml Whole Milk (Room Temp)
1 Large Egg
7g Fast Action Dried Yeast
40g Caster Sugar
300g Strong White Bread Flour (but Plain Flour also works well. Use 450g of Plain Flour)
5g Salt
100g Soft Unsalted Butter
130g Soft Light Brown Sugar
80g Soft Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (get yours here:
PLUS: An extra egg and milk to glaze before baking. Plus extra Caster Sugar and Ground Cinnamon to finish.

مرحبا جميعاً .
استمتعوا بمشاهدة طريقة تحضير كعك الهيل السويدي المحشو بالهيل أيضاً وبالقرفة. لا تنسوا الاشتراك بالقناة ليصلكم كل جديد.
كعك الهيل السويدي
*المقادير*
- كوب حليب دافئ.
- 150غم زبدة مذابة
- 2 وربع م.ك خميرة فورية.
- 3 كوب طحين.
- ربع كوب سكر.
- 1 م.ك هال مطحون.
- رشة ملح
- الحشوة: 2 م.ك قرفة، 1م.ك هال، 3م.ك سكر.
- 2 م.ك زبدة مذابة
- حبة بيض مخفوقة وسمسم (إن أحببت).
*الطريقة*
- نخلط الحليب، الزبدة والخميرة سوية ونضعهما جانباً.
- ننخل الطحين، السكر، الهال والملح.
- في العجانة أو بواسطة اليد نسكب المكونات الجافة تدريجياً فوق المكونات السائلة ونعجن لمدة 5 دقائق (يدوياً لمدة ربع ساعة) حتى نحصل على عجينة ملساء وطرية. نتركها لتخمر لمدة ساعة.
- لتحضير الحشوة نخلط الهيل والقرفة والسكر جيداً.
- نرش سطح نظيف ببعض الطحين، ونفرد العجين على شكل مستطيل بحيث يكون الضلع الأقصر لجهتنا. ندهن العجين بالزبدة المذابة ثم نسكب خليط الهيل والقرفة والسكر بالتساوي.
- نطوي العجين من الفوق إلى المنتصف، ومن الأسفل إلى المنتصف (كما نطوي الرسالة) ثم نقوم بتقطعيها بواسطة سكين أو أداة تقطيع البيتزا إلى شرائح طولية.
- نمسك كل قطعة طولية من الجهتين ونلفها باتجاه معاكس، ثم نصنع شكل عقدة، نضع الكعك في صينية خبز مغطاة بورق الزبدة. (الطريقة بالتفصيل موضحة بالفيديو).
- نغطّي الصينية ونترك الكعك ليخمر مجدداً لمدة نصف ساعة.
- يُدهن الكعك بالبيض المخفوق، من الممكن رشه بالسمسم أيضاً.
- يٌخبز في فرن محمى مسبقاً على درجة 180 مئوية حتى يصبح لونه ذهبياً.
