To stretch natural hair without causing damage to the strands, I use stretch panels
A safe way to stretch out natural hair that has been heat damaged without causing further damage to the strands is by setting your hair in plaits or in this case I used CWKgirls SSS plates (stretch plates) followed by sitting under a hooded dryer to dry. Only the braided roots were blow dried on low gentle heat. cr@tresses_dee#stretchedhair #stretchplate #naturalhairtipsandtricks #heatdamagehair #durhamncsalon #naturalhair #straighthair #fyb #foryoupage

Challah bread or sabbath bread is a type of yeast bread very similar to a brioche, but with no dairy on it.
Challah bread is a kosher loaf of braided bread.
The simple challah dough is made with eggs, water, flour, oil, yeast ,honey and salt. The bread is typically pale yellow in color because so many eggs are used, and it has a rich flavor too.
Challah is eaten on Friday night and Saturday. It’s a Jewish plaited bread that is eaten with the first course on the sabbath eve. It’s also eaten the next day at breakfast and lunch.
On Sunday, any leftover challah can be turned into French toast or bread and butter pudding.

How to make round braided Challah | Recipe | Rosh Hashana
Shulamis’ Traditional Challah
Makes 6 loaves
2 Tbs. dry yeast
41⁄2 cups warm water
1 cup sugar
12 to 14 cups flour, divided
3 eggs, beaten, divided
4 egg yolks
2⁄3 cup oil, plus extra for greasing
2 Tbs. salt
poppy or sesame seeds
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add sugar and 4 to 5 cups of flour. Mix well. Add 2 beaten eggs, 4 egg yolks, 2⁄3 cup oil and salt. Mix. Stir in most of the remaining flour. (Until kneading stage, mixing can be done in an electric stand mixer.)
When dough begins to pull away from sides of bowl, turn onto a floured board and knead for about 10 minutes, adding only enough flour to make manageable. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise for 1 to 2 hours. Punch down. Let rise 1 hour. Shape as desired. For a 3-braid challah, divide dough into 18 pieces and roll with hands to form ropes. For each loaf, braid 3 of the ropes together on a greased baking tray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Let shaped loaves rise 20 minutes. Brush lightly with remaining beaten egg. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake until brown (about 40 minutes). Remove from pans and cool.
