CARDAMOM SNOWBALL COOKIES _ TEA COOKIES
Melt in your mouth cookies. That tiny bit of cardamom elevates the taste of these cookies to a whole new level.... This might be the easiest cookie recipe you will ever make since it does not require creaming the butter and using of mixers. It's all done in one bowl which makes the cleaning a pleasant job???? . The cookie dough itself does not have much sugar in it since the outside will have a thick coating of powdered sugar. I hope you enjoy baking it...????
Ingredients:
1/2 cup room temperature butter
2 tbsp powdered ( icing ) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
For coating the cookies you will need approximately 2 cups of powdered sugar.
