How To make Spaghetti Mizithra(Greek Style Spaghetti)
Karen Mintzias 1 lb Spaghetti
1 c Butter or margarine
1/2 lb Kasseri cheese, grated
1/4 lb Romano cheese, grated
1/4 c Chopped parsley
Cook spaghetti until tender but firm to the bite. Drain. Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it turns brown. Meanwhile, combine cheeses. 1/2 cup butter
1 bunch fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish

3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
2 tablespoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 package Romaine salad greens

INGREDIENTS- 1 Rotisserie chicken. 1 box of spaghetti. 1 stick of butter. 1 jar of capers. 1 cup of vinegar. Lemon pepper seasoning. Garlic and greek seasoning. 1/2 cup of olive oil.3-4 chicken bouillon cubes. 2 cups of water. 1 bag of mozz cheese and sprinkle with basil. Add in tomatoes, feta cheese and olives!
