My Favorite Ways to Have Tofu
I often get the question “what do I do with the tofu?”… My answer: you can do a looot of things! It’s pretty plain and boring by itself but can turn into something very delicious if you prepare it right. These are my favorite ways ???? recipes down below or in my app ????

RECIPES:
For the scramble spice mix, a jar (recipe from my app)
8 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp turmeric, ground
1 tsp black pepper, ground
2 tsp black Himalayan salt
1 tsp salt
Use 1 1/2 - 2tbsp spice mix per 7oz (200g) tofu
For the lemon basil pasta, 3 servings (recipe from my app)
11 oz (300g) whole wheat pasta, dry
Sauce
12 oz (350g) tofu, silken
1 handful fresh spinach
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup (120ml) plant milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
For the tofu marinade (for 14oz/400g tofu)
4 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
For the dressing (1 jar, recipe from my app)
6 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
Stir all ingredients together in a jar and then add splashes of water, stir to combine until desired consistency
For the silken mousse, 2 servings (recipe from my app)
4 oz (100g) vegan dark chocolate
12 oz (350g) tofu, silken
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! Everyday is a great day to slurp spaghetti noodles. Join me in this episode and learn how to make an absolutely delicious Bolognese inspired recipe tonight! Let's begin
Ingredients:
200g extra firm tofu
2 tbsp chili oil (
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 red onion
4 pieces of garlic
2 carrots
3 stalks celery
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp crushed pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red wine
3 cups tomato purée
1/2lb spaghetti
fresh basil to serve
Directions:
1. Pat dry the extra firm tofu with a paper towel and mash into a crumble with a fork
2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the chili oil followed by the crumbled tofu. Sauté for 3-4min
3. Add the soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Then, sauté for another couple of minutes. Set the crumble aside
4. Finely chop the red onion, garlic, carrots, and celery
5. Heat up a stock pot to medium heat. Add the olive oil followed by the red onions. Sauté for 2-3min. Then, add the garlic, salt, pepper, crushed pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Sauté for 2-3min
6. Add the carrots and celery. Sauté for 5-6min. Add the tomato paste and sauté for 2min
7. Add the red wine and cook for 2min. Add the crumbled tofu and the tomato purée. Give the sauce a good stir
8. Place on a lid half covered and let it simmer on medium low for 20-30min
9. Bring another pot of water to boil when you're ready to cook the pasta. Boil the pasta for a minute less to package instructions
10. Transfer about 1/2 cup of the pasta water to the simmering sauce and give it a good stir
11. Strain out the water from the pasta and add as much or as little sauce to the pasta as you'd like and cook for 1-2min
12. Plate and serve the pasta with fresh basil and freshly cracked pepper

Crispy Tofu Pasta with tomato sauce recipe made with crispy pan-fried tofu, pasta, tomato sauce, fresh basil, and creamy parmesan cheese. One of the best meat-free pasta recipes that you can whip up everything in 30 minutes!

???? Ingredients
▢300 gram Firm tofu About 10.5 oz, drained and cut small dices.
▢150 gram Pasta Spaghetti, linguine, penne, or choice of pasta
▢3 clove Garlic Finely chopped
▢2-3 tbsp Olive oil
▢1 cube Vegetable stock cube About 5 gram
▢½ tsp Salt
▢½ tsp Black pepper
▢1 tbsp Sugar (Optional)
▢1 tbsp Italian herbs Dried Italian herbs mix
▢20 gram Parmesan Freshly grated parmesan or choice of hard cheese
▢handful Basil leaves Or parsley
Direction:
Cook the pasta by the packet instructions
Reserve one cup of pasta water for later use
Pan fry the tofu cubes until brown and crisp
Saute the chopped garlic for a few seconds until fragrant
Add tomato passata, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, sugar, and black pepper.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes
Pour the reserved pasta water and cook for another 3 to 4 mins
Add Italian herbs and stir it well
Place the cooked tofu and pasta back to the pan
Mix it well and finish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves

Vegan Tofu Pasta???? | Eat and Shine ☀️
Ingredients:
250 gram pasta
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 minced garlic
Salt
Fresh Thyme
Mushrooms
Black pepper
Sauce:
250 grams tofu
2 tblspoons nutritional yeast
1 minced garlic
1 tblspon vinegar
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup pasta water
1/2 lemon juice
Salt
Arugula
Steps:
Cook pasta al-dente.
sautee garlic, add mushrooms and cook.
For the sauce, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
Pour over pasta.
toss with mushrooms and arugula.
Add black pepper and serve.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
28 ounces crushed tomatoes or tomato puree, or passata
2 tablespoons soy sauce (1 for the sauce, 1 for baked tofu)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon salt (½ for the sauce, ½ for baked tofu)
4 twists black pepper
1 pound pasta spaghetti, linguine, rigatoni, penne, or other
