How To make Spa Buttermilk Pancakes
-MARY WILSON BWVB02B 2 Egg whites
1 tb Fructose
1 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Whole-wheat flour
1/8 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 tb Unsalted butter
In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites and slowly add fructose until soft peaks form. Sift flours, salt and baking soda together. Fold into egg whites. Heat buttermilk in saucepan until bubbles begin to form on the surface, just before it boils (180 degrees). Fold warm buttermilk and melted butte into flour mixture. Spray a skillet or griddle with nonstick vegetable coating. Heat griddle, then pour 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto griddle. Cook until done. Serve with sauteed apples. Hello there :) and welcome to mommy and daughter messy kitchen :)
This is my simplified version of puffy pancakes.
The ingredients are as follow:
1. 1 1/3 cup of flour (I am using black one)
2. 2 eggs - separate yolks from whites
3. 1 cup milk - every typo of milk or its substitute works with this recipe.
4. vanilla or other aroma, that you prefer
5. Honey - you can substitute with Agave/maple syrup. I am using 4 table spa - 1 tea spoon.
6. 25 - 30 grams soften butter
Beat the yolks, milk, flour and the butter. Add then the honey. the mix should be light and thick.
Beat the egg whites until hard. Combine the egg whites into the batter. Try to be gentle.
Use non stick pan and back from both sides. As the pancakes will be thick - you can use cover (as me) to ensure they are fully cooked.

Ingredients:
130 g oat flakes(gluten free) (1 1/2 cup)
240 ml hot water (1 cup)
leave to soak for 5 minutes
2 eggs
30 g(2 1/2 tbsp) sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
50 g melted and cooled butter(1/4 cup)
1 apple
80 g blueberries (2.5 oz)
7 g baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
20 x 8 cm baking form(7.9 x 3.1 inch)
bake for 50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Buttermilk Pancakes, Vermont Maple Syrup, Vanilla Cream, and Caviar Gems

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
4 Cups Buttermilk Pancake Mix
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
6 Tbsp Vermont Maple Syrup
½ Cup Vanilla Whipped Cream
Fresh Raspberries
1 Tbsp Caviar Gems
Method:
Prepare your pancake batter using the provided instructions. In a small pan, melt one teaspoons of butter and pour a quarter cup of batter into the pan. Cook the pancake until it is golden brown then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat this process for all of your batter.
Presentation:
Stack three pancakes in a 5-inch pan and small spoon of cream on top. Place a couple of raspberries around the pancakes and sprinkle a teaspoon of Caviar Gems on top. Serve with the Vermont maple syrup on the side.
