1 pk Yellow cake mix
8 oz Sour cream
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Oil
4 Eggs
StrEUSEL:
2 tb Confectioner's sugar
1 ts Chopped nuts
1 ts Cinnamon
TOPPING:
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Mix cake mix, sugar and oil well. Add eggs, beat well. Add sour cream and nuts. Grease bundt pan with butter. Mix and sprinkle streuel mix in bottom of pan, pour1/2 cake mix into pan.Top with topping mix. Pour rest of batter in. INGREDIENTS:
▢⅓ cup half pecans
▢2 ½ cups (312 g) all- purpose flour
▢½ teaspoon (3 g) salt
▢1 ¼ teaspoons (5 g) baking powder
▢8 ounces unsalted butter , softened to room temperature
▢1 ½ cups (300 g) sugar
▢½ cup (115 g) sour cream
▢4 large eggs room temperature
▢2 teaspoons (8 ml) vanilla extract
▢½ cup (122 g) milk
PECAN FILLING
▢1 cup chopped pecans
▢2 tablespoons brown sugar
▢2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢2 tablespoons melted butter

Streusel Filling:
* 2 tbsp. Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Butter Golden Cake Mix
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Cake:
* 4 large eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Glaze:
* 1/2 cup Duncan Hines® Creamy Home-Style Classic Vanilla Frosting
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
2. To prepare streusel filling, combine 2 tablespoons cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir in pecans. Set aside.
3. To prepare cake, combine remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and granulated sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 4 minutes. Pour two-thirds of batter into pan. Sprinkle with streusel filling. Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling.
4. Bake at 375°F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.
5. Place frosting in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high power 10 seconds; add 5 to 10 seconds if needed. Stir until smooth and thin. Drizzle frosting over cake.

This Southern-style dessert features large chunks of pecans and a cinnamon sugar swirl between layers of rich and buttery homemade pound cake. Enjoy it for breakfast with a cup of coffee, or for dessert with a tall glass of cold milk or a scoop of ice cream!

How to Make: Sock It To Me Bundt Cake
3 1/4 cup swansdown cake flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
x5 eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 sticks salted softened butter
preheat oven on 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
mix together and set aside streusel
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed pecans
3 tbsp cinnamon
For frosting;
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once cake is removed from pan, prepare the brown butter sauce by heating sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, still whisking constantly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and butter.
