How To make Sausage Balls 2
1 lb Sausage meat
2 c Bisquick powder
2 c Cheddar cheese
Grate the cheese and allow it to come to room temperature (or grate it at room temperature). Mix (by hand, or with a fork or spoon) with the Bisquick powder and the sausage meat (crumbled). Form into bite-sized balls, around 3/4" in diameter. Cook on foil or a baking pan at 325 F for about 20 minutes. I think I was also told that these store very well, but I'm not positive about that.

Recipe:
1 pack mild ground sausage

1-2 Cups shredded cheese-your choice!
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Onion Powder
Dash of Sage
Mix & spoon onto baking sheet in desired size
Bake @ 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes till golden brown

Recipe
1 12oz box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 lb of sausage - I Used Jimmy Dean Regular
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 c shredded Colby jack cheese
1-2 T dried chives
Add all ingredients to a big bowl. Using hands, mix all ingredients until all ingredients come together to form a solid ball. Using a small cookie scoop or using hands, remove small portions of the ingredients to form a uniform balls. Place balls on a lined baking sheet with low sides. Bake the balls 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the balls created, or until golden brown. The sausage balls are best served warm. They are still really good, but just not as good, cold or room temperature.
SAUSAGE BALLS
3 cups BISQUICK (biscuit or waffle mix)
1 pound or 16 ounces Sausage, UNCOOKED (I use Jimmy Dean)
1 pound or 16 ounces (4 cups) of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 cup Milk
Mix all ingredients together using a stand mixer or by hand. Roll out marble sized balls (i use a 2 tablespoon scoop) and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Enjoy! can be frozen cooked and thawed to eat.
