A recipe for authentic beef stroganoff:
Ingredients:
1.1 pounds (500 g) beef tenderloin
1 onion
7 ounces (200 g) mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Chop the parsley finely.
Chop the onions into feathers.
Chop the mushrooms randomly.
Slice the beef thinly.
In a large skillet, heat butter and vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are browned.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the beef broth, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Reduce heat to low and add the sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
Return the browned beef to the skillet and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes to reheat the beef.
Serve the beef stroganoff with rice. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for freshness and flavor.

From its origins in mid-19th-century Russia, it has become popular around the world, with considerable variation from the original recipe.

How to make the best classic Beef Stroganoff recipe:
- 2 clove garlic chopped
- Half of a white onion
- One cup of brown mushrooms sliced
- In a pot boil some water
- Cook 2 cups of rotini noodles
- In a pan 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Add the garlic and onion and saute
- Add 1 cup of ground beef
- Then half cup of beef stock
- Add the sliced mushrooms and some thyme
- Simmer until beef is fully cooked
- Add a can of mushroom soup and stir well
- Add a teaspoon of black pepper
- And a teaspoon of salt and mix
- Now add your pasta to the pan
- Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Add 2 cups of spinach
- Mix everything together and cook
- Pour into your serving dish top with parsley and serve

✅ Ingredients:
• beef – 700 g
• mushrooms – 250 g
• bulb onion – 220 g
• beef broth – 250 ml
• mustard – 1 tsp
• butter – 30 g
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• bay leaf – 1
• 20% sour cream – 250 g
• black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste
• parsley – 2 sprigs
✅ You will need:

???? Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into strips, mushrooms into slices, beef into not big bars.
2. Heat the pan with vegetable oil, put one layer of the meat on it and fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes, keep flipping over not to burn. Fry the whole meat this way.
3. Take out the fried meat into the bowl.
4. Add the onion to the pan and fry over medium heat for 4 minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms and fry for 7 minutes over low heat.
6. Pour in the broth, add salt, pepper, mustard and bay leaf and stew for 3 minutes over low heat.
7. Lay the fried meat back to the pan and stir.
8. Add the sour cream, parsley, stir and take off the pan from the stove.
9. Serve the beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes, vegetables, rice or pasta.
