Spice Cake Recipe
Learn how to make a spice cake with cream cheese frosting. This is a simple cake made in a bread pan so it is easy to give as gifts and take to parties. This spice cake is not only wonderful, it is super easy and quick to make. Have it in the oven within minutes and let it bake while you clean up and prepare dinner. It will be ready to serve within an hour warm or two if you want to ice it.
This cake can be customized to suit your needs, too. Feel free to change up the spices and use less cinnamon or more ginger. Swap out the allspice for nutmeg and cloves. The possibilities are endless.

If desired, use yogurt in place of the cream cheese and reduce the amount of sugar for the frosting to 1/2 cup.
Recipes were created by weighing ingredients. For best results, use a scale and not measuring cups. The recipe can be subject to change. Be sure to check website for any alterations.
