How To make Prune Whip Cake)
2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 t Baking powder
1/4 t Soda
1 t Salt
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/2 t Allspice
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Prune juice
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Milk
2 ea Eggs
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, soda,salt and spices. Add shortening, add prune juice and milk, then vanilla. Mix well then add the eggs and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or 13 x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
Part A
180g Wijsman Butter
270g Unsalted President
70g Condense Milk
Cream till light and fluffy.
1tbsp Rum
1.5tsp Lapis Spice
Add to butter mixture and lightly mix till combine
70g Cake Flour
Sift flour into the butter mixture and mix till combine. Do not over mix.
Part B
390g Egg Yolk
150g Caster Sugar
Whip to ribbon stage / figure 8 stage. Fold into butter mixture.

A little sugar sprinkled on the top of the plums, along with the heat from the oven, causes the plums to soften and their juices to be released. So by the end of the baking time they have become wonderfully soft and almost jam-like with nicely caramelized edges. And the cake. Well, this cake is deliciously flavorful, and no electric mixer is needed to make the batter.

200 g White Chocolate
75 g Unsalted Butter
280 g Cream Cheese
270 ml Double Cream (whipping cream)
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
