How To make Persimmon Pudding Cake
CAKE:
2/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Corn oil
1 c Sifted unbleached flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Warm water
2 Very ripe persimmons,
-finely diced 3 tb Brandy
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Liquid egg substitute
1/2 c Seedless raisins
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
TOPPING, OPTIONAL:
1 c Part-skim ricotta cheese
3 tb Plain nonfat yogurt
3 tb Sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 tb Brandy
Stir together sugar and corn oil. Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to the sugar and oil. (The batter will be stiff and crumbly so far.) Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water and add to the batter. Mix the persimmons, brandy and vanilla together in a separate bowl then add to the batter. Add the egg substitute, mixing thoroughly but lightly. Add the raisins and nuts; stir until mixed. Pour batter into a loaf pan lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Pull the pudding cake out of the pan by the foil and cool. Serve each slice with 1 tablespoon topping, if desired. Makes 16 slices. TOPPING: Blend all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade until satin smooth. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container. Makes 1 cup.

Measurements given will make one small pudding. Usually we triple it for one oven load.
--------------Persimmon Pudding---------------
1 C. Sugar (with back of spoon, cream in):
1 TBS Butter (or shortening) then add
1 C. Persimmon Pulp (squishy)
1 C. Flour
1 C. Walnuts (or pecans)
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda (dissolved in:)
½ C. Milk
Pre-heat oven 300 F.
Grease & Flour Glass Dome or loaf pan.
Sit in casserole dish. Fill with Hot water.
Bake 1 ½ Hours or until smells real good.
Test with straw or wooden toothpick: Moist but not sticky.
Cool, then invert.
Optionally top with lemon sauce.
Quick Recipe:
Heat 1 C. Water, ½ C. Sugar, add Cornstarch to thicken, then Lemon Juice to taste.

Persimmon Pudding
2 & 3/4 cup so flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 & 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
3 cups persimmon pulp
325° for 1.5 hours

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 number of eggs
1 cup of sugar
Half teaspoon of vanilla
Half cup of liquid oil
A glass of persimmon puree
Persimmon Cake Recipe:
Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon three times and set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla on high speed for five minutes until creamy and thick. Add persimmon oil and puree and stir until mixed.
Add the flour mixture in three steps and stir gently with a hand mixer until it is mixed and the cake is smooth. Finally, add as desired. Grease the mold well and pour the icing into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. When the cake is completely cooled, remove from the pan.

How to Make Persimmon Tart (RECIPE) 【美味】柿のタルトを作りました
Easy-to-make tart for the persimmon season. You can also do this with other fruits of your choice. Subscribe for more videos!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 persimmons
cold butter cubes
apricot jam
puff pastry
sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Slice persimmons into thin slices. Roll out puff pastry just to make it nice and flat. Pinch the outer rim to make a border. Place sliced persimmons on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Place cold butter cubes on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C/360F. Microwave the jam for 30-60 seconds until runny. Brush the jam on the tart. Enjoy!

柿のタルト、パフペイストリーを使えば簡単にできますよ。
(材料)
柿 3~4個
バター(1cm角に切り冷やしておく)(適量)
アプリコットジャム 適量
パフペイストリー 2~3枚
砂糖
(作り方)
パフペイストリーを麺棒で軽く延ばします。周囲を少し折り返し、盛り上がらせます。
柿をスライスして、その上に並べます
バターを置いて、砂糖を振りかけ、180度のオーブンで15-20分焼きます。
アプリコットジャムを電子レンジで30~60秒温めて、タルトのにグレーズします。
