How To make Pasta with Garlic& Olive Oil
6 ea Garlic cloves
1/2 c Olive oil
1 lb Spaghetti
Salt & pepper
VERSION 1: With raw garlic: Combine the the garlic with the olive oil. Cook the pasta until it is *al dente*, then drain & toss with the garlic & olive oil. Season well & serve immediately. VERSION 2: With lightly toasted golden garlic: Heat the garlic in the olive oil until golden. Remove from the heat & set aside. Cook the pasta until *al dente*, then drain & toss with the garlic. Season & serve immediately. VARIATIONS USING VERSION 2: Add a generous pinch of hot red pepper flakes as you heat the garlic. Toss with the cooked pasta & a handful or two of chopped fresh parsley. Prepare the basic recipe, adding parsley as above. Season with lots of cayenne pepper & toss with the finely grated rind of 1 lime & the juice of 1 or 2 limes. Also good with lemon. Add several teaspoonfuls of capers to the hot pepper variation. Add a small handful of torn basil leaves to the oil as you heat the garlic. Coarsely chop half a head or so of white cabbage & add to the pan along with the heating garlic & hot red pepper flakes. Saute until tender & slightly browned. Add more oil, garlic & red pepper if needed. Season & toss with pasta of your choice.

Pasta Aglio e Olio: Light & Easy!
This is one of my favorite dishes! I highly recommend trying it out.
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is also sometimes made with linguine.
Try adding some halved cherry tomatoes, parmesan, or anything you like to put your own spin on this!
It pairs nicely with pan-seared salmon.
Probably with some wines too. I'm not sure. I'm not a wine expert. Let me know in the comments what you think would go with it!
Ingredients:
1 Garlic
1/2 Bunch Parsley
1/2 Cup Olive Oil (Best quality you can find. It matters.)
2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 lb Spaghetti
1 Lemon

aglio e olio my favorite midnight pasta
this is from Marcella hazans cookbook the essentials of classic Italian cooking I got it as a gift from my uncle about 20 years ago and this dish is always by go to because its so simple quick and delicious
ps i did call them noodles once but I do know better and am just bad with words.
Ingredients.
1 pound pasta
Salt
1/3c extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp garlic
Chili pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley

Garlic Spaghetti (Aglio e Olio)
With vibrant notes of garlic and herbs, this spaghetti preparation is a rare experience to savour. Olive oil and butter give the Garlic Spaghetti (Aglio e Olio) a nice, moist coating with the elegant aroma of olive oil, while a splash of herbs and chilli flakes gives it a heart warming flavour. Enjoy the Garlic Spaghetti fresh and hot, because any dish with garlic will lose its original flavour if it is not enjoyed hot.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Time: 4 minutes.
Serves 4.
3 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
4 cups boiled spaghetti
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes
¼ cup finely chopped basil
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
For the garnish
½ cup grated processed cheese
1. Heat the oil and butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add the chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
3. Switch off the flame, add the noodles, basil, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve hot garnished with cheese.
Handy Tip – Parmesan cheese can be added to the noodles instead of processed cheese.

All you need
For chicken
whole chicken legs 2
salt
olive oil 2 tbsp
chopped garlic 1 tbsp
paprika powder 1 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp
oregano 1 tbsp
pasta boiled water 1/4 cup
salt
chopped spring onion.
Method
Marinate chicken with slat for 15 minutes.Heat olive oil and fry chicken for 15 to 20 minutes,turning both sides. Remove chicken from pan,saute garlic in same oil. Add paprika,oregano and pasta water. Add salt,chilli flakes. Add fried chicken ,cover and cook for 3 minutes.Serve chicken with pasta.
For Making Pasta
spaghetti 200 gm
water 5 cups
salt
olive oil 2 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
chopped onion 1
chopped garlic 10
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
oregano 1 tbsp
salt
chopped parsley 1/2 cup
chopped spring onion 1/2 cup
sliced green chilli 2
Method
Boil water with salt and olive oil. Add spaghetti and cook.Strain pasta and reserve pasta boiled water. Heat olive oil,saute onion and garlic,add chilli flakes,oregano and saute well. Add spaghetti with pasta water and toss well. Garnish pasta with chopped parsley,spring onion and chilly.
