How To make Onion Meat Loaf
2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 1/2 oz Onion Soup Mix; 1 pk
2/3 c Milk
1 ea Egg; Lg
3 tb Brown Sugar
3 tb Catsup
1 tb Mustard; Prepared
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the meat, onion soup mix, milk and egg together. Shape the mixture firmly into a loaf shape, in a 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon onto the loaf. Bake, uncovered, for about an hour. When done, remove the loaf to a plate and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve on a heated platter. -----

Ingredients
2 lbs - 80/20 Ground Beef
1 - Yellow Onion (small dice)
1/2 - Bell Pepper (small dice)
2 - Garlic Cloves (minced
1 - Egg
1 TBS - Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS - Yellow Mustard
3 TBS - Ketchup
2 tsp - Black Pepper
1 tsp - Salt
1/3 Cup - Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Glaze
1/4 Cup - Ketchup
1 TBS - Honey
1 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Directions
1. Combine, egg, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
2. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly, but do not over work the meat or it will become dense and chewy.
3. Form into a loaf and place on a baking sheet and bake in a 325º oven for 40 miutes.
4. Pour glaze on top of the meat loaf and continue cooking 15-20 more minutes or until it reaches 160º.
5. Let cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.

3lbs 80/20 Ground beef
1/2 Cup diced Onion (Use more if desired, chop to whatever size preferred)
1/4 cup diced Bell pepper (Use more if desired, chop to whatever size preferred)
3 Garlic cloves- minced
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 Slices of bread
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 TBSP Season All seasoned salt
1 TBSP Mc Cormick Garlic & Herb salt-free seasoning
1 tsp Red pepper Flakes
2 Tsp Paprika
1/3 Cup Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Mustard
1 tsp Brown Sugar

The BEST Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf | Easy Pantry Meatloaf Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 bag of stovetop stuffing*
1/2 cup finely diced onion
2 large eggs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. black pepper
sprinkle of salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
Mix above ingredients just until combined.
*2 pounds ground beef for 1 full bag of stuffing mix.
You can adjust to the amount of beef you have.
Place meat into greased baking loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Add BBQ topping if desired.
Bake an additional 15-30 minutes or until done.
Let rest 15 minutes.
Slice and serve.

This episode of Secret Kitchens of New Jersey features classic comfort food. Chef Umberto Turelli shares his favorite meatloaf recipe which is sure to please everyone. This recipe makes enough so that you can enjoy the leftovers the next day.
Mom’s Onion Soup Meatloaf
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs ground chuck (80/20 works best)
• 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup ketchup plus extra for topping
• ½ cup dry bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)
• ¼ cup water
• 1tbs Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
• Add eggs to large mixing bowl and beat slightly
• Add soup mix, ketchup, breadcrumbs, Worcestshire sauce, and garlic powder to bowl and combine with eggs.
• Add ground beef and mix all ingredients together until mixture starts to stick together.
• Add water and combine with meat mixture.
• Place meat on baking dish and form into a loaf shape approx 2 inches thick.
• Spread reserved ketchup on top of meatloaf if desired.
• Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
• Allow meatloaf to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
