Ingredients: Yield 8 x 8 pan (16 mini bars)
1 1/4 C Rolled oats (Steel cut oats will not work)
1 C Natural peanut butter (at room temp)
1/3 C Maple syrup
1/2 C Mini chocolate chips (or fruit or nut of your choice, use your imagination)
1/8 C Chia seeds (Optional)
Mix all ingredients together, and let sit for about 10 minutes to soak. Put in greased or parchment lined (I prefer) 8 x 8 pan. Flatten with a spatula getting even as possible.
