Combine corn syrup and peanut butter and mix well. Add egg whites, sugars and vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix well. Fold in oats. Ingredients 10 Tablespoons unsalted butter softened to room temperature (141g) 2/3 cup light or dark brown sugar tightly packed (135g) 1/4 cup sugar (50g) 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter I don’t recommend using natural peanut butter (140g) 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour (125g) 1 teaspoon cornstarch 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup quick oats (115g)

00:35 Combine butter and sugars in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until creamy and well-combined.
01:14 Add peanut butter and stir again until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir until well-combined.

1 stick real butter 2 cups white sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp coca powder add above ingredients in pot mix and bring to boil for 1 minute remove from heat and add 1 cup of peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups of quick oats (most recipes call for 3 cups but i find that to much for my liking) stir remaining ingredients in and mix well..need to work fast so it does not start to sit up drop on wax paper with a spoon let cool for 1 hour on counter store in container on counter
