How To make No Mix Meat Loaf (Makes Its Own Gravy) (G
2 lb Ground beef -- lean
1 1/2 oz Onion soup mix
1 c Cream of mushroom soup
Form ground beef into loaf about 3" high on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle soup mix on top. Spread soup from can over the top. Wrap foil loosely but seal tight. Place on a baking sheet or in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. and 20 minutes. FROM: JUNE JAMES (GNDR31B)

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef 27% fat and 73% Lean
1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
1 clove whole garlic chopped
1/2 whole onion, chopped
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Coconut Amino Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian Seasonings
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
2 tablespoon sugar free sugar ketchup
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a larger bowl. Mix well.
Add five tablespoons of sugar-free sugar BBQ Sauce on the top of the meatloaf.
Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Now place the ground beef mixture into the bread pan.
Place the meatloaf into the oven, bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Allow the meatloaf to cool down for about 5 minutes, then cut is with a pancake tool.
Enjoy! Bill ate the whole pan of meatloaf on the same day.

Follow me on Facebook and Instagram here: Here's how to make my favorite thing in the whole world - my Mom's vegetarian casserole. This was our favorite recipe growing up. It does not taste anything like you think it will.
Here's the recipe:
Note: the G. Washington Broth is vital. It will not taste the same without it.
-In a large mixing bowl combine:
-1/2c butter, melted
-5 eggs
-24oz small curd cottage cheese
-1/2c chopped pecans
-1 white onion diced fine
-G.Washington Broth, 2 packets Rich Brown, 1 packet Golden
-7 oz Original Special K, crushed small
-Combine and put in large, greased casserole dish, (so it won't stick)
-cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- remove Tin foil and bake 15 minutes more
- you can leave it in a little longer if you like. The edges and top getting a nice browned finish really makes it good!

Ingredients:
- THREE (I put 1.5 in the video) cups chickpeas (1/2 cup dry or 2-15oz cans)
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 medium carrots diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce sub tamari for gluten free
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar sub white vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 3 tbsp favorite barbeque sauce
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne optional, for spice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Glaze
- 1/4 cup favorite barbeque sauce
- 2 tsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 1/2 tsp paprika
