2 3/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c Powdered sugar substitute*
1 ts Ground cinnamon
*Not aspertame - loses sweetness when heated. For cocoa mix, in a storage container combine dry milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar substitute and cinnamon. Mix well. Cover and store in a cool, dry place up to 8 weeks. For each serving, place 1/3 cup of the cocoa mix in a mug. Add 2/3 cup boiling water; stir to mix. Makes 9 servings, each 8 oz. 1 serving 113 calories, 8 g protein, 14 g carbohydrate, 4 g total fat, 2 g

It’s hot but so addicting!!!!
Tip!!! Blending the chocolate makes it soooo smooth and perfect! Don’t allow it to over boil, you will end up having a crust of milk formed on top, its safe to eat, thats just a chemical reaction from how protein and fat molecules interact with each other, but to me personally dont look appetizing
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 piloncillo
1 large cinnamon stick
10 whole cloves
2 Mexican chocolate disk; Abuelita or Ibarra
1 can evaporated milk
8 cups milk

Ever wondered how to make Mexican Hot Chocolate? I've got the best Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe ever for you! Lot's of spices and mixable with ANY kind of milk.
In Mexico they call the raw sugar I'm talking about: piloncillo. Almost every Latin American has a different name for the same kind of sugar though so if you go to a Latin American store to look for this sugar make sure you ask for one or all of these names: piloncillo, chancaca, panela, rapadura, raspadura, tapa de dulce, papelón. I hope I'm not forgetting any.

CHAMPURRADO RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Whole Star Anise
- 1/4 Cup Masa Harnia
- 2 Cups Milk
- Piloncilio, 3 oz finely chopped
- Ibarra Chocolate, 1/2 disk.
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add cinnamon and star anise.
- Remove from heat and let water steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon and star anise from pot and return to low heat.
- Slowly add the masa, 1/3 at a time, until completely dissolved.
- Add piloncilio, Ibarra chocolate, and milk, mixing until dissolved.
- Use a whisk or mlinollo to froth the drink before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
