How To make Meat 'N Cheddar Loaf
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Quaker Oats, uncooked
-- (quick or old-fashioned) 1/2 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 Egg; beaten
3/4 c Milk
Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack firmly into an 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour and
15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Softest And Fluffiest Ham And Cheese Bread So Easy To Make
How to make the soft and fluffy Ham and Cheese Bread at home.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
1 tsp rock salt (4g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (406g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1/4 cup softened butter (unsalted) (55g)
10 slices cheddar cheese or any cheese you prefer
10 pieces of ham
a teaspoon of mayo in each bread
sesame seeds for topping
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk

MINI MEATLOAF RECIPE | Small Batch Meat Loaf Recipe
This mini meatloaf is topped with a delicious ketchup glaze and is full of amazing flavor. The perfect size for two people and a quick and easy dinner solution.

Meatloaf:
1 lb. hamburger 90/10 blend
1/2 Tbsp minced onion dried
2 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg or 1 Tbsp mayo
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Ketchup Glaze:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg or 1 Tbsp of mayo and mix to combine.
Add in breadcrumbs along with other seasonings including steak sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Form meatloaf into two small loaves and place in baking dish.
Bake meatloaf at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking combine ketchup, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
Then increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F, remove the meatloaf form the oven and spoon the glaze mixture over the tops and sides of the meatloaf. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow glaze to set up. The meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

How to make a NO OVEN Soft Cheesy Corned Beef Buns?
This recipe yields 16 pieces of yummy buns. If you feel like baking it, bake at 180°C/356°F for 18 minutes.
Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp sugar (35g)
3&¼ cup all purpose flour (405g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
4 tbsp of butter (40g) (if using salted butter, just skip the salt)
2 tbsp oil for the bowl
Filling:
2 cups of sauted corned beef, I use my homemade recipe of corned beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steak & Cheese Bread Boat #shorts
????Recipe here:
❂ Ingredients:
700g. New York Beef Loin Steak
1 Rosemary parmesan bread or any other bread
9 slices Provolone cheese
For Green Butter:
150g. Butter
20g. Chives
20g. Parsley
1 Jalapeño pepper
1 Head of garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste
❂ Cooking process:
- Green butter: Preheat oven to 400F (200C) and remove butter from refrigerator until soft at room temperature.
- Peel and remove almost all of the papery skin and cut off ½ inch from the tip of the head of garlic.
- Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and place a sprig of thyme over the garlic. Wrap the garlic in foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Place the butter, green onion, jalapeno pepper, parsley in a blender bowl, squeeze in the roasted garlic, salt/pepper and blend until smooth.
- Remove the tops and soft inside of the bread, leaving no more than half an inch at the bottom and sides of the bread.
- Fry the thin meat of the steak for 30 seconds on both sides, salt and pepper.
- Brush the inside of the bread boat with green butter, put the fried steak in it and put the cheese on top.
- Place in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
- Decorate with fresh herbs and enjoy????
