3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian dressing 2 pounds to 2 1/2 pound t-boneless sirloin or top -- loin steak In shallow dish, pour 1/2 cup dressing over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally; 30 to 24 hours. Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing until done.

In this video, I show you a quick and simple way to make one of the best steak marinades, ever!
Ingredients:
1-2 Steaks of choice 1/4 cup Garlic Powder 1/8 cup Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce Water to fill
Instructions: Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, fill with water (water should cover the steaks), cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 min, and maximum 24 hours.

How to Prepare 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme, garlic cloves, onions, salt (to taste) and freshly ground black pepper (to taste). Set the marinade aside. 2. Using a sharp knife, make multiple slices and cuts into the flank steak. Cut into tendons of you come upon them. 3. Pour the marinade over both sides of the steak and work it into the meat. Let sit in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight to allow the flavors to soak into the meat. 4. To cook, sear on high both sides on the grill under meat reaches desired temperate. 5. When slicing, cut across on grain. Enjoy!
I show you a delicious marinade for steak or chicken! My family loves this and I think you will too! Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Marinate for two hours and poke the steaks every 20 minutes or so with your fork, then grill to desired doneness.
You can use anything you want to measure with.... just use one spoon or one scoop of everything the measure... or use two of that spoon or scoop to measure everything.... or use 5 spoons of everything to measure. It depends on how much of the marinade you want to make... It is a one to one recipe.
If you try with chicken, it is best to have pounded chicken that is thin. The chicken does not absorb flavors as well, so thin chicken does better and it will cook quickly on the grill.
