How To make Italian Marinated Chicken
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds chicken pieces
1 gallon size food storage bag
Combine liquid ingredients and seasoning in a bag to create marinade. Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked. Refrigerate leftovers.

Olive oil, salt and rosemary
let marinate for 2-3 hours. Bake for 30 min in a preheated oven at 220 degrees and then for 15 minutes always at 220 degrees in a fan oven.
