How To make Marinated Steak Kabobs
Ingredients
1
cup
onion, chopped
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1/2
cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
worcesteshire sauce
1
teaspoon
mustard, prepared
1
pound
sirloin steak, cut in 2 inch cubes
1
each
green pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
2
each
onions, quartered
2
each
tomatoes, quartered
Directions:
Saute onion in oil; remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and mustard; pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Remover meat and vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or until desired degree of doneness, brushing frequently with marinade.

Teriyaki Bourbon Steak Skewers are heating up the menu today ???? ???? ????
These sweet and savory steak skewers are what you are looking for this Monday afternoon. Marinated for a short while in a Teriyaki Bourbon marinade then seasoned with my Mesquite Peppercorn Lager seasoning. Grilled over some hot coals for a couple of minutes until they were perfect. Finally, we garnished them with sesame seeds, scallions and the famous yum yum sauce. ???? ????

Marinade for Beef or Pork!
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Steak seasoning (your choice)
Bring to a high simmer ... cool down completely.
Pour over cubed Beef, cover and chill in the fridge minimum 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Put meat then veggies of your choice on a skewer!
Brush with olive oil and put Dash seasoning on veggies.
Cook on the grill at 350 degrees until done.
During the last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking brush on
sweet and sour sauce ... see

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Mix 2 tbsp of water with 1 tbsp corn starch (then pour in)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Cool and use for all your sweet and sour recipes!
