Ingredients: Pork rib roast - 1,5 kg 0815BBQ fruity rub - 3 tablespoons Onion -1 Jalapeños - 4 Ginger - a thumb size Mango - 4 4 mangos diced Apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup Brown suger - 1/2 cup Lime juice - 1 lime
How To: 01h40m - start up your barbecue set it up with a rotisserie or set it to roast indirect. Smoke at 160C or 320F 01h20m - Score the fat cap on your pork roast. Rub you pork roast with your favorite pork rub. Place it on the spit and put it in the barbecue. 00h40m - Heat up a pan with olive oil and fry the chopped onion, jalapeños, ginger and mango. Add the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Let it simmer. 00h10m - When the pork roast has reached a core temperature of 65C or 150F. Take it of the rotisserie and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. 00h00m - Enjoy!!

Pork Roast With Apples and Pears

1. In a bowl, combine spices (paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and salt)
2. Rub the pork chops in the spices.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium/high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for about 3-5 minutes each side or until they are browned. Once they are browned, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to each pork chop. Turn each pork chop over, so both sides get some melted brown sugar. (Don’t add the brown sugar too early or else the sugar will burn and smoke up the room.)
4. Bake at 350˚F/ 175˚C for 15 minutes, to make sure the pork chops are cooked through.
